My name is Alyssa Ronan I took my vehicle in for its routine service (Service B) to the Omaha location. I dropped my vehicle off on January 17th they reached out to me the same day and said I needed new front tires and then on January 27th they said I needed a new wheel because it was “Very bent” I asked for a photo of the “Very bent” wheel and they could not provide one. I questioned my service advisor ****** and he said “ Honestly, it comes down to opinion on what's considered "very bent" from person to person. My opinion is it's not super bent.” I went ahead and purchased a new wheel and I asked my advisor if I could keep my wheel that they take off he told me that wouldn’t be a problem. When I went to pick up my vehicle they said I was not able to have the wheel and that they refurbished them and that I would have to pay $150 to keep my OWN wheel when I questioned why I am being charged $150 for my wheel they sent me to parts where **** went on and screamed in my face about a $150 charge and said “Well you think it’s fair I have to lose out on the $150” and continued to yell for 5 minutes and then stormed off. This is my first time ever complaining or writing a bad review for anything. The whole experience was awful I am a 23 year old female getting yelled at by a grown man. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but I felt like they were almost taking advantage of me from the beginning my vehicle only has 15,000 miles on it and the tires that I had were supposed to be good for 45k to the bent wheel and then being yelled at for asking questions.
