Never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They will lie about the damages the vehicle has received.

My car was taken to the shop a week ago Friday. On Monday I gave them an ok to change the sensor which was in stock at the dealership. On Tuesday I texted the service rep 4 times, called twice and left a voicemail but never got to speak with anyone. On one call the phone rang and rang forever without being answered. I emailed the general manager and got an automatic out-of-office reply saying he was out and would reply if a reply was needed. The auto-reply did not include the name or contact info of anyone to contact in his absence. He still hasn't contacted me. The dealership used to wash the cars when they were in for service but I guess they don't do that anymore since my car was returned dirty. I like my Mercedes but will not purchase another one unless a better dealership is opened in Omaha.

Some years ago,I purchased a used S 65 AMG over the internet. It was advertised as one owner and low miles.( 22,138 ). I bought the car as part of my collection of 65 AMG's. I did not license or drive the car much but ran it kept it in immaculate shape.I have licensed and am now driving it. In mid August of this year ,2022 I went to trade it on a newer S 65 AMG. To my shock and surprise the Vehicle had been in very sevier front end crash. The dealership knowing the cars history would not take it on trade. They did send me a copy of the ******* and that is when I became aware that Mercedes Benz of Omaha knowingly sold me a car that had not only been in a Sevier accident but the milage shown on my paperwork still in my possession is less miles shown on the ******. I have contacted these people twice for an explanation ,no return calls .This is unscrupulous Dealership and you should know who you are dealing with. They sold me a 50,000 car that no one will take on trade.
