    I would give them a 0 if I could
Had issues with new car inouttcahawd with them still waiting for them to contact me back and haven’t. Also purchased a used car from them 3 months ago and they said car is fully inspected and put $4,500 into it already and now transmission went out on it
When and talked to general manager and the entire time he had an attitude and pointed his finger at me and then was swearing and then said **** you when he did that I started yelling back and saying stop pointing at me and you never say **** you to a customer. Tell me sit down when I was going to leave and then when he swore at me and I was ready to leave other employees came to door and he said call the police and I heard one of them calling police as I was leaving. This manager if he even was one needs to be fired terrible service don’t do business with them please

In response to survey by Michael S on 3/20/2024.
Mr. S did purchase a 2013 Ford Focus from Superior Honda on 10/19/2023. The vehicle with 116284 miles on the odometer and was purchased with customers acknowledging the vehicle was sold “As Is- No Dealer Warranty. He was offered at the time of delivery and declined a 36 month/36000-mile extended service contract on the vehicle. The Focus had received a used vehicle inspection and fluids changed, including transmission fluid and no concerns were presented at the time of inspection. 5 months later and 7000 miles unfortunately there was a transmission failure with no coverage for repair. Mr. S did come into the dealership and wanted to trade in the Focus for another preowned vehicle. When presented with the numbers he was unhappy and demanded from the sales manager the same value as he paid for the vehicle 5 months previously. When that was refused, he demanded to speak to the sales manager’s boss. Speaking with him I do admit that the conversation did get heated when I also would not give him the amount he demanded. At that time, he asked to talk with the owner. I refused to give him the information he demanded, which made the conversation become more heated. I did not nor have I ever said to a customer what he claimed I said to him. Because of a partial glossectomy in 2021, sometimes I can be hard to understand I speak in a loud and excited voice. I did ask him to sit back down and he refused and kept raising his voice to a point where I did ask him to leave. His voice got loud enough that the salespeople and service manager came to the office to check. He kept yelling at which point I requested that 911 be called to remove him from the premises. We are not sure what he means on the issues on his new vehicle “inouttcahawd” as we have no record of him purchasing a new Honda in 2023 or in 2024.

READ BEFORE BUYING! This dealership is 100% dishonest and very deceptive with the way they represent their used car sales process. I was told that all used cars are fully inspected including the 2020 Honda Accord that I purchased. Upon parking it in my driveway for the first time, I smelled burning fluids. The next morning I had oil stains on my driveway. I had another dealership inspect it because I did not feel safe driving it back to Superior Honda. It was immediately discovered that there was an obvious leak in and around the transmission as the result of impact damage (attached video/pictures). Two other reasons that proved they did not inspect the car were that they tried to sell us this car with three bald tires with the fourth one being a different brand. Also, we found multiple items in the car including the previous owner's registrations. These included the previous owner's full name and address. I purchased this car late Saturday and returned it 2 days later (Monday) the very minute I was made aware of the transmission leak. I met with the used car manager. Although it is obvious that the claimed inspections were not done the used car manager would not take responsibility in any measure and told me in so many words that he was tired of me telling him of the problems that I had with this car and made me feel that I was lucky to be "let out of the deal." Luckily they had not sold my old car that I traded in. I had to pull the sales stickers out of 2 windows before driving home. The items that I had left in it when I traded it were still in it!
