      ******** *******Oriental Trading, Please issue a refund for the first offense of 2 months worth of unauthorized charges to funplus. Regarding the magazines, I have reached out to the 2 companies, a 3rd party company, and filled out a formal do-not-sell-information form with Oriental trading. Other buyers should be aware of this time consuming, imposed "free gift" that I plainly rejected.

      ****** ********, 2025, and have accrued a total of $179.40. I do not recall agreeing to being automatically subscribed to the Fun Rewards+ Membership, which is $14.95/month. I have never received a notification with an invoice for the monthly subscription fee.

      I would never sign up for something like this intentionally, and had OTC sent me an invoice or notification of the new membership, I would have cancelled immediately.

      I am requesting the company refund me the amount of $179.40 and verify that my membership has been cancelled.

      Starting in January of 2025, I have been getting a recurring monthly charge to my credit card in the amount of $14.95 from OTC Brands, which is the Oriental Trading Company. I never signed up for any service from OTC Brands. The only thing I recall is ordering something online from their website and it was a one-time transaction. They had no permission to charge me a monthly fee for anything. I have no email from them or any kind of correspondence.

      Starting Jan 1st, 2025, I am being charged 15.77 for a membership I have not signed up for. I emailed March 2025 and got confirmation it was canceled.
      I am still being charged and still need to be refunded all of the unwarranted charges.

      I just noticed that for the last four months I have a charge on my bank statement from OTC for $14.95. In February I made a $22 purchase but I did not sign up for a rewards membership. I checked my emails and I never received an email from them about any rewards program.

      This is in regards to a "Fun Rewards+" membership that I was signed up for without my consent. I just noticed I've been charged $14.95 for the last 8 months and did not receive any confirmation or notification that I had been signed up, nor any monthly invoices for the membership. I also have not been receiving any benefits to show for this ghost membership.

      My husband called the rewards number and they said they would only refund 6 months worth of charges. When asked how we were signed up for this, they said we accepted a free shipping offer that apparently had the subscription terms buried in the fine print. Again, we received NO confirmation that we were signing up for this, nor did we provide any positive consent. This is a VERY shady business practice.

      I ordered some party favors from Oriental Trading for my son’s school. I was not aware I was signed up for “Fun Rewards+” until I saw an odd transaction from my bank account.

      I actually had to Google the transaction because it’s a phone number and not the name of a company or anything. Once I figured out it was from Oriental I tried to see how I could cancel this “membership.” I even looked on how to get into the account to cancel and I can’t.

      I didn’t sign up for this knowingly and I can’t even cancel it because I don’t have an “account” to sign into. This is completely asinine and fraudulent. And the fact that they charge from a very obscured phone number is even more suspicious.

      Something needs to be done about this.

However, their claim that they sent emails regarding the program enrollment and the 30-day trial ending does not match my email records. I searched extensively and did not find any such emails. Additionally, since I don't have a formal account on their site (I've always just checked out as a guest), I had no online invoices, and there were certainly no monthly statements sent to my email in lieu of the fact that I did not have an online account. 

      All this said, I am satisfied that the company is willing to refund the charges and cancel my membership immediately.
