      I am filing a complaint against Kubats Pharmacy due to their repeated lack of response and failure to resolve ongoing issues with my account. My husband and I have encountered several billing discrepancies caused by the company’s automatic payment system, which has resulted in double-paid invoices. We have spent approximately $2,000 out of our pocket (not including what our insurance has already paid).

      Since discovering this error, I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue. I have spoken to my account representative multiple times, and each time, I was told that only a manager could resolve this issue. Despite assurances that a manager would call me back, no one has done so. I even managed to reach a manager once, who took detailed notes on the issue but never followed up. I have now left approximately 20 messages and spent a total of 3 hours and 40 minutes on hold across multiple calls.

      Two weeks ago, my account rep had messaged the manager while I was on the phone and relayed to me that the manager would, in fact, call be back by the end of the day. Unfortunately, I am still waiting.

      I called back to let my rep know that I did not receive that promised call and asked her to close my account and send a refund, Unfortunately, I am still waiting for that to happen as well. I continue receive "balance due" notices.

      At this point, I am requesting immediate action: I want both my account and my husband's account closed, along with a full refund for the amount we overpaid. The lack of responsiveness from Kabat’s customer service has been deeply disappointing. Given that we have encountered the same billing issues on both accounts, I am concerned that other customers may also be experiencing similar double-billing issues without realizing it. I hope this complaint prompts Kabat to address not only our case but any broader issues affecting its billing practices.

      On July 8, 2022, I purchased 2 pair of compression socks. I NEVER EVEN TRIED THEM ON. I called on July 2022 to discuss with them how to return them and get my money back. I was referred to another person in that department - NO ONE EVEN GOT BACK TO ME. I again called on August 1, 2022 and was told there was no one in that department because it was closed. I called again on August 30 and was referred to Jennifer and left a message. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. I called on September 1, 2022 and was told we don't deal in compression socks any more. I made the remark I will just be out the money I paid for them. She said "yes".
      That is when I called you people at BBB. I have a receipt, but don't know how to upload it.
