      Do not pick up equipment their billing department does not return calls when trying to notify the director they also will not answer calls. They will have you sign document saying they will take a payment once a month for agreed amount, but will not follow the document, than charge you twice a month not following their legal agreement. Will also be taking this to an attorney.

      we picked up a device for patient care and brought it home and it was the wrong one..we went back within the hour to return it and was told that our credit card would be credited for the charge.
      This happened on January 24th and the refund still has not been issued. We have gotten the run around, first the person who received the device back did not process it correctly, then they have a new billing system and could not refund the credit card, now it is we will send you a paper check once the transaction has been approved, which will be another 7 to 10 business days. Today is the 16th day with no refund. Now the story is they went back to their people who process and it will be credited on the credit card within 5 days.

      I am not elderly so I can only assume what they do do people who are older and how they treat them and their money.
      I feel that they are taking advantage of me and probably most people they serve. I am in the health care industry and I understand patient care, these people are robbing others I feel.
