      The WORST. Mold, mildew, water stains, roof cracks just disgusting and maintenance will not FIX

      The worst! I paid my card in full through their free automated system on 10/03/2023. Then they billed me on 10/08/2023 interest! I called and the rep and she was rude and said the interest was from the previous pay cycle. I stayed I wanted a manager or supervisor because when I can to pay in full and I pay in full you don't or can't bill me interest you didn't include.

      I wouldn't have given you one star if I hadn't needed to have it for this review. I live in one of the properties you manage. I have made written complaints, called both the office here as well as your office. And you won't call me back. Let me tell you first off, I was looking for a decent place to live when I found this one. You weren't over Wells Manor then, I'd have kept looking. It's an all out shame that a person can't rent an apartment and live in it as peacefully as possible or without having balls of various kinds and hardness thrown at their vehicle, apartment door and windows. I file complaints, give video evidence and yet they are still doing it!! Now they have 2 dogs a small one and a large one that they won't clean up after. Dog feces everywhere around my apartment, not their own. Yet again after filling complaints you still refuse to do anything about it!! Well, you can have them! That's the kind of you choose. People shouldn't have to live in others filth! There are better places to live out there, and I intend to find it. But I'll make sure your business is NOT over it, because you are Nasty to allow this to go on. People beware this company!!!
