      Had received a bill from them back in April and had realized a few weeks later I had been over charged and overplayed. Contacted them May 23rd about the issue. Was told it was being looked into and would contact me in 6 business day. That time went by, still no contact. Contacted again to be told a check was cut and mailed on the 19th of June, and I was calling on the 3rd of July and told to wait until the end of the following week for it to show up, if it didn’t call them back. Well it didn’t, called them, was told it was going to be reviewed and this was unacceptable and wanted to be patched through to a manager, was patched through to their voicemail, never got a call back. Called insurance who called them, saying that it was in review and I would hear back in 6 business days again (this was the 17th of July). Here we are now on the 26th of July, still no refund and still don’t have answers or know where my check is or any solutions. 2 months of on going issues, with more still to come as I’m sure they will drag their feet with the money

      Received a letter in the mail from ***** ******** Inc. (a collection agency) stating owed them $30. Radiology Consultants of Omaha Ne. Said I owed for services from November in 2023. That was at the ******** Iowa Regional Hospital. I called the hospitals billing office and asked for information. I did have an X-ray and it had been paid in full from Medicare and my supplemental Wellmark Insurance. They also stated they have had trouble with Radiology Consultants before. I wasn’t the first to complain.
      I had never received a bill from them previously before the collection company got involved. Apparently they use the collection agency as a billing service. I have had impeccable credit for decades and was appalled to have received such a notice. I sincerely hope this doesn’t affect my 800+ credit rating. My insurance has always paid 100% of bills previously. If I do owe I certainly will pay but the Hospital said I paid in full.
      I attempted to contact Radiology Consultants via phone and a recording stated that their phones were down. I called the next day and was greeted with the same recording. That phone number *** *** **** from their web sight. The amount asked was only $30. That’s not a problem except the hospital says I was paid in full. I can not contact them and am frustrated. Feel like I’m being shook down. I had never received a billing previously and am stumped as to what to do.

      Like every review online, this company sent a bill I have no idea about/never recieved to a collection agency, Clear Recovery. This agency has been calling nonstop, and I originally thought it was all a scam because of the bill I never recieved. In calling the business, they don’t have an answering service set up for billing, and they are impossible to contact. I believe because of the number of similar complaints, something needs to happen. This is tanking my credit score and I still don’t even know if the bill they are trying to get me to pay is real.

      My daughter had an mri in January of 2024. She's a minor so I accompanied her and filled out the paperwork as the responsible party. I received a bill in the mail for the mri itself but never received a bill from Radiology Consultants PC. Three days ago I received a call from a collection agency asking for my 13 year old daughter. I explained that I'm her father so you can talk to me. They told me I have to say my daughter's address and date of birth before continuing. I told them that I'm not comfortable with that and asked what address they had on file. The address they had was completely wrong and they had my daughter as the responsible party. I don't know how this got so screwed up and why they sent this to collections without trying to call me as the collection agency had my phone number. Again, I received a bill for this mri from another company and I only filled out the paperwork one time so I know it was done correctly. This is bad business!

      I was contacted by a collection agency regarding a bill from this company, yet I have never received any statements/bills in the mail. I personally contacted the company via local phone number and was told I had two separate unpaid bills. The amounts were $6.21 and $48.51. Both amounts were paid by me through my bank on 12/26/23. However after searching my EOB's through health insurance, I discovered that NO CHARGES have ever been submitted by this company, therefore the bills need to be submitted to insurance first prior to my payment. Thus my "amount owed" will be greatly reduced by insurance, ultimately meaning I have OVERPAID said company. I have contacted this company multiple times through their website email system with NO RESPONSE. When I originally spoke with the company via phone I had asked for copies of the bills that they claim were unpaid. They stated they could not email them or provide them??

      I demand remedy as refund for overpayment, copies of statements to show validity of charges and that charges were ever submitted to insurance as they were not.
