  Hello I'm the customer that Greg K was talking about. I hired Brad to put in a pantry for me in my kitchen. He started on Monday 6/24/24, while I was there Brad appeared to be extremely preoccupied and in a hurry with other things besides the work I hired him to do. I unfortunately couldn't be there every day to witness the work that was being done because I lost my mom suddenly on that same Monday. But I did witness Brad brake my light fixed to my ceiling fan (eventually he knocked off a $100), I did come home and have to clean up after him every night, when he was sanding down the wall he forgot to put up barrier and sand particles went all over my house that I had to spend extra time cleaning that up as well. Per our contract he did not complete the job I paid him to do. I have tons of pictures to prove it as well. The following was not done right, the paint job needs to be redone, the trim needs painted, and the caulk job is just horrible and needs to be redone, the closet doors aren't even level on the top and one side is bulging out further than the other one, and he left holes in my ceiling. He also used without asking my personal ladder and broom and ruined both of those items and I never got a refund for those items either. I did reached out to Brad to see if he would resolve this problem either by a refund or to come fix the problem and he promised me that he would come fix it, but I haven't heard back from him since September 5th and nothing has been done and no refund has been issued. The job was done extremely poorly and I feel like as a professional it should have never been left the way that he did. He knew that I was a widow and that I just lost my mother and I obviously wasn't thinking clearly and he took complete advantage of both of those matters. So if you are a woman do not hire Brad he will rip you off and leave you high and dry to find someone else to fix his mistakes.

  Thank you for your response rachel, this project was completed months ago. You were satisfied, paid in full and are now requesting a refund for over half of the amount of the project. We are well outside of a call back period for items such as touch ups. Not sure about the woman aspect of this review… however, if customers would like to see how this project was done, the finished product, it can be seen at this link. ***********************************
