    I recently visited the ICE HOUSE SPORTS BAR ** ***** ***** *** ****** ** ***** on Wednesday, April 12th. I arrived at about 12:31 pm (initial pickup ) and 115 pm ( the second encounter) . I have enclosed a copy of my receipt for your reference.

    This location is close to my business and have been an customer of ICE HOUSE SPORTS BAR for many years. I am unhappy with the customer service in which I received today and felt you needed to be made aware of the situation

    I placed an to go order via phone and arrived to pick the order up . I order an personal chicken philly pizza and an medium chicken philly with jalapenos, extra cheese , extra sauce and cooked well done. I picked the order up and returned to my place of business and began to eat
    noticing that the personal pizza was steak after taking an bite (I have an allergy to that ****** *********** * ******* ******** * ******* ** *********** *** ****************) . I immediately reached out to your place of business regarding the error and was informed that it would be remade and that the kitchen misread the order. Upon my return to the location I was approached by Emilee whom presented unprofessionally. I made Emilee aware of the situation telling her that I was given the incorrect pizza and the outcome of what happen her attitude change significantly and was told the kitchen just didn’t correctly pay attention to the orders and what did I want her to do with no regards to life . ( This unfortunately could have turned tragic) I then mentioned talking with the bar tender as I would no longer discuss things with her. It is apparent that this employee has no concerns, safety or cares surrounding the patrons/customers. This is an compelling concern as we’re talking about humane life. I then proceeded to ask to speak with the manager Mike ******* and was told he wouldn’t come up as he was busy washing dishes. This shows the level of care Emilee has regarding human life and your customers.
