    Home One was contacted after it hailed in April 2024. They came over and looked at the damage with the insurance adjuster and went over all the repairs that would be needed. I was told not to worry they would take care of everything. The roof of the house and the garage, leak by the chimney, all the metal pieces on the roof, the gutters, damage in the living room from the leak, a section of the garage door that was damaged. I was told don’t worry we have contractors that can handle all the work. We signed with Home One about the end of May. It took them till November to do the roof. I was told that they would have the gutters up the next day. It is now March 10th, 2025, and they have just put up the gutters on the house, not the garage. To date the insurance company says they have paid 90,000 on the claim. The company said they would come over when the work was done and do a walk through to make sure everything was done correctly, No. Home One called in January and said they needed a check for 15,000 to get the materials for the gutters, they came to my house and got a check. I was then told by Home One that they are paid up and are done with the work and that I would have to deal with the subcontractor that is doing the gutters. The weathervane they broke is not replaced, the garage door was not fixed, the gutters are not done, the damage in the living room is not fixed, and the gutter people are harassing me about being paid for the gutters, they have come to my house and yelled at my wife demanding payment. I have been a contractor, worked with sub-contractors and this is the most ludicrous thing I have seen in my life. I have pictures of the roofers replacing the bearings in the front of their van in my driveway. All these things need to be addressed and fixed!

    This matter has been resolved.  The Complainant paid in full and was
    discounted a mutually agreed-upon amount of $250 on March 15.

    I gave their representatives **** ****** *********** and ****** *** ******** a check of $9756.47 to put a roof on my house .. I called them and their office as to when they would do this but no one has returned my calls I called the owner also. They received my check Sept 24.
    I am now waiting for the sheriff to return my call so I can report them scamming me. BBB has them listed as 4 star rating....

    We are pleased to say we spoke with the complainant on November 22.  That conversation was cordial and productive. We appreciate the complainant's concerns regarding the pace of communication, which have been addressed internally and for which we apologized directly to the complainant.  She has also been assured that her roof will be among the first group of projects built when the weather permits in the Spring of 2025.   The parties also agreed to a credit off of the complainant's balance.
