    Would not recommend this company for any roofing needs. We started working with them in August and signed the first contract in early September of 2024. We failed to hear anything for over a month. When we finally reached out in October, we were told that our rep no longer worked for the company and somebody new would need to come back out to take an additional sample of our siding and have us sign more documents. We waited over a month again for them to get the siding situated which we ended up declining to replace. Constantly having to reach out to them at where we were on the roof and gutters, they finally sent a crew on a cold day in December to replace the roof. Nobody came for the gutters but we all of a sudden in January received notification from our insurance company that they had fraudulent submitted a claim stating the job was complete. We have decided to go elsewhere with the remaining insurance funds to get our gutters and siding repaired because the lack of communication at this company is a huge problem. They have unprofessional/rude people working in their Minnesota office threatening us with a lien and have only offered us a measly 2.7% credit on an almost $18,000 job for all of their errors. Mind you we now have to pay another company to complete the job and fix the two areas where siding was removed for samples. We have had our roof replaced before and maybe our expectations of a timeline were high from that experience, but the lack of compassion for their own errors is disappointing.
