      Contacted Home Pride and Cowboy Ryan Q because of how thorough he had been with a couple of our neighbors' roof repairs. Ryan has remained PROFESSIONAL, DETERMINED AND UNWAVERING in his support to us and assistance to help get the damages fixed. Despite our insurance adjuster/companies massive efforts to engage in one of the most frustrating and evasive paper chases I have ever experienced. Ryan has made it clear that this IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN on his watch. His dedication to help us is nothing short of heroic. I mean that. He has not given up and I am both amazed and deeply thankful. We are Seniors - too often everyone is after the quick money. If efforts need to be made to help, follow-up or make insurance companies honor their commitments, people tend to move on, and the insurance companies know this. That's why they stall.
      Heartfelt thank you to Ryan and to Home Pride for having such a dedicated employee. His actions speak volumes as to the character of both him and the company. Ryan genuinely represents the standard of integrity and professionalism.

      Really appreciated the professionalism of the whole Home Pride team couldn’t ask for better contractors for our house. Steve and Aaron were wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody who wants quality work done

      My experience thus far with Cowboy Ryan Q has been nothing short of spectacular, and we aren't even finished. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family fighting for what he knows is right for his customer. He treats each job as if it is his own home. He has been out on the coldest day this year taking pictures, is in constant contact with me as of all the steps and what to expect. My roof is beautiful and I am so glad he was able to get that portion of my claim completed prior to the cold winter. Home Pride has a diamond in Ryan!!!

      Worked with Diego on a full roof replacement due to storm damage. Was professional and trustworthy and always responded to our questions and concerns. Would recommend Diego and Home Pride to anyone!

      I want to send a shout out to Ryan for doing such a great job with the replacement of my roof. He was thorough, professional, and diligent while keeping me updated throughout the process. He had multiple conversations on my behalf with my insurance company and made the process so easy for me! He offered suggestions as well which I really appreciate as it can be an overwhelming process. He was so great to work with and I will definitely be working with Home Pride again in the future!

      We ha a great experience with Aaron for our roof inspection. He was early, professional and friendly. He did the inspection and there was very minor damage which he fixed on the spot at no charge. We will definitely call Home Pride again when needed. Very highly recommend!!

      I would like to thank Ryan (the cowboy) with Home Pride for coming and inspecting our roof, windows, siding, gutters etc. Ryan was extremely cordial and a breath of fresh air. He didn’t find enough damage, hence was a waist of time for him and Home Pride, however you wouldn’t have known that as he walked away as kind as he was when I first shook his hand! Furthermore, he called me to tell me he was on his way, which I so appreciated as I had forgotten we had an appt. I appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism, and his kindness. He handled hisself just as God wants all of us to. If we ever have damage in the future, I will call Home Pride and request Ryan the friendly cowboy!

      Very professional and accomodating. The communication with the project manager was outstanding and they were all very knowledgeable and understanding in regards to dealing with a home owner insurance claim. Would recommend and gladly work with them again.
