I purchased roofing and siding in June of 2020 was to take 2 weeks to order it and I would get installed as soon as it came in well the roof wasn't done till September October of 2020 I did write a review on that that was a mess too so here is the review for the siding I paid them $20,000 down like I said they was to order it they said it'd be approximately two weeks and get it installed well two weeks went by no phone call 4 weeks 6 weeks 8 weeks so I start calling them all the time wanting to know what was going on they said it was because of covid it wasn't because it was they spent my money instead of ordering my product when I give him the down payment because they told me it was in stock at the time when I give him the down payment. Well it ddnt come in I tried to switch products the product that I went with came in wrong it was ordered wrong but they went ahead and installed the upper part of my house with the shake from the product that just came in even though I told them I wasn't accepting it I also called The Warehouse on the main product which came in three different sizes they had two other sizes in stock but not the one that I had ordered I asked them to get one of the others in but they failed to do so so we waited we waited winter was coming I asked him to get the medal around my back porch windows done so that I could put my storm windows in there was four of them I came home they had a lot of the window trim done and a lot of my old siding tore off which exposed all of the curled up lead paint that they knew I was worried about since my yard had been remediated a few years prior they said that they would cover it with plastic never did so never covered the ground with plastic which the salesman told me that's what they would do that was before I give my down payment there is so much wrong with this job the main thing is the siding is nailed way too tight it does not budge I want things fixed or they can take this stuff off and refund me!

This is an unfortunate event that has lingered for quite a while. Partly because of Covid, partly because of manufacture delays and some from the homeowners indecision on what products she wanted. Some of which was based on timing or availability.  We have done all we can to resolve the situation. The work is done and we have had 3 different manufacturers inspect the job. All of them have approved the installation with no adjustments required or requested. We will soon have the city’s inspection report at which time we will decide what action to take since we have not even been paid for the full job yet!!!

Again, this is a rehash of all the things we’ve been covering for the last couple of years. We have offered to come and adjust a couple items, but the job as a whole, is completed and we still have not been paid. So a refund is out of the question because we’ve not received money for the Siding. We have already gone around many times with this even with the Nebraska attorney General. We also had an inspector from the city come and look at the lead paint situation and there’s nothing wrong there. Our next move will be after the City Inspector does the inspection and we will proceed, if need be, through litigation…

    Good afternoon,

Listen there lying again.  They lied from day one! There still lying. The total was right around $40,000 I did give them a down payment $20000.00 half for the roof an half for the siding -2 separate reciepts!!   They've  breached those contracts along time ago,  I've continually ask them for a itemized statement since the end of June of 2020 I've still not received one I'm under a 5yr labor warranty sure they want to come and do the minor things I want the major things fixed first like the front of my house that looks like it's caving in and siding that's all nailed too tightly the J channel around the bottom of my porches that I trip on every time I walk out my door they're aware of that too it's looks like it's warping what kind of business is this I thought they were professional these things need to be taken care of.

They told me they had their own installers not subcontractors they hired kids that didn't know what they were doing with this newer product and you can tell it and I want it done right I asked them to let me know when they were coming out to my house with the city inspector but the city inspector doesn't make or doesn't set up appointments so I'm not sure what they're saying there. The city told me that they don't generally do siding inspections,   Roofing inspections definitely I mean these people didn't even get a permit before they started they were halfway into my Roofing jobs before they got a permit and that's just because I called and checked you know I'm so sick of this business

yes the product is installed on my home half a__ but no it is not installed correctly nor does it look professional!!

if you pay $40,000 for something you want it to look like it's done professionally, wouldn't you? Well that's what I want!

They either can fix all the problems since I'm under warranty or refund my siding down payment and take there product off my house

This is none of my fault if they had order the product when they said they were going to, hired people that knew what they were doing instead of kids that knew nothing about this new product we wouldn't be having this conversation they promised me that I had a certified Prodigy installer doing this job because I was so freaked out because they had already fired the first crew that screwed it up the first time so now we're on the 2nd young crew that also didn't know what they were doing. Did you ask them to send you the purchase order when they first ordered my Alside Prodigy siding  that should have been ordered end of June 2020.

It didn't get installed till late fall 2021 they did their final walk around and they were very much aware of all these  problems!  But have refused to fix it And They Want  Money,  there funny.

Well again I want my house to look like it was professionally installed!!   As far as the 10months my 120 yr old house was left to the elements with curled up LEAD PAINT every were. They didn't say anything about the EPA coming out to look at it they had some other company look at it I don't know who it was but it wasn't EPA I've got it in my messages someplace anyways that's where I stand.

They our responsible for the lead and they are responsible for the holes they cut in my soffits for no reason only to charge me for vented soffits which I never had vented soffits they said there not responsible for any mold or mildew that's created by them cutting holes up there.

Like I said this is not this company's first rodeo this company is so crooked they owe me for boxes of siding that they took off my property they said they would give me a credit towards them along with other things I was charged for and they did not use.

I've not seen it because they won't give me a itemized bill with everything used on my home. Ma'am/ sir I could carry on for a long time but I won't!
