    After the series of wind and rain storms that whipped through the Bellevue area earlier this year ripped up a number of my shingles and caused a leak on the second floor, I was at a loss of who to trust to help me navigate the extensive repairs that my home would need.

    I was recommended Lastime Exteriors by a family friend and I am so incredibly thankful for that! Within an hour of calling their office I was contacted by Sam to start the process and within 24-48 hours they had an emergency tarp on my roof to prevent any more damage from the weather.

    Moving forward with the actual repairs, Sam gave me both reasonable estimates for a full roof replacement as well as potential repair to the most damaged section of the roof. Once the damage was determined to be severe enough to warrant an insurance claim/full replacement of the roof, all I had to do was connect my insurance agent with Sam and he took it from there! All the potential items like gutters, water damage, back deck etc. were identified in the claim and the work was handled quickly and professionally by Lastime and their team who was extremely communicative throughout the whole process.

    With the final invoice in hand, I can confidently say that I ultimately did not pay more than the cost of my insurance deductible (though I'm sure this will vary by your provider) but I am absolutely more than satisfied with the work and cost at which it was provided to me. Thank you so much to Lastime Exteriors as a whole and Sam specifically for helping get my home back on track. I'll be recommending you all to anyone and everyone who needs roofing work in the future!

    Lastime is the way to go if a new roof is needed, or need an estimate.
    We had our roof replaced several years ago by them, and on this latest group of hail storms, we had Jamie back out to check. Houses all around us were getting new roofs, so we called.
    His honest assessment was that we could wait at this time.
    Lastime will be the first we call when the time comes!

    Have had the stone coated roof for 12 yrs, multiple hail storms over that time, the roof shows no damage. Most recently had 90-100mph wind, which brought down a tree on the roof which damage the edge cover and facia, scraped a little stone off a few panels, but roof remains intact with no leaks. This has been one of the best investments for the house, I always recommend the stone coated roof to anyone who asks.

    This is the second time I've used Lastime Exteriors. The first time was a complete roof replacement. But this time Jamie said all I needed was caulking on some exposed nails and sticking down a few loose shingles.
    Thanks for not trying to sell me unneeded work.

    A few months ago I contacted LasTime because I needed attic venting. Alan Came out the next day, and after thoroughly inspecting my attic gave me a very reasonable estimate. A ridge vent was installed very promptly and well. The difference it made to my converted attic bedroom was incredible. I would definitely use LasTime for any future roof related needs on my 112 yr old house, and am very comfortable recommending them to anyone.

    I had Lastime do my roofing and gutters and can’t say enough on how well they handled all the work! I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend them for your exterior projects!     Lastime exteriors is the way to go if you are looking for siding or roofs. they come out and take pictures from every angle to make sure you get everything that you want. The installers know what they are doing and make sure that you are satisfied with their work. When the job is finished, they come back for more pictures to make sure you are satisfied. Very easy to work with.
