      On December 24,2023 I was in an accident. I have insurance. However there were tow trucks on scene just taking cars off the highway. The tow truck guy did not give me an option on where I’m using him or not. Just took the truck. Now they are charging me $50 for my truck to sit in their lot that I was never given a choice about. You need to tell people you will charge if you hold a car we never asked you to hold. Tow driver made it seem like he was doing it out of kindness. He did not. Fraud. **** arrow towing. Give me my money back.

      Arrow's driver was enroute to a completely different tow assignment when he was flagged down by persons involved in your incident.  Our driver stopped and began clearing the roadway after determining that the local police ha no holds on any of the vehicles. When vehicles have no hold they are typically towed to the Omaha Impound Facility at 78 ad F St.  In some cases the motorist is allowed to designate a location for the vehicle to be dropped.  In this case our driver said he spoke with a gentleman associated with your vehicle who gave him approval to take the truck to our business lot.

      When we offer to take vehicles to out lot it is because we allow insurance companies on the lot to process incidents and many times it is easier to do this at Arrow's business site.  We NEVER tell people it is a complementary service, but just as we do tow charges, we fully explain how it works s motorists clearly understand the process.  we recognize that an incident scene on a highway is a high stress event and we do our best to make our explanations clear to everyone involved.

      It appears that our attempt to make things better backfired.  We're worry you are not happy with the services we provided you however that services were performed, you paid for the tow and release, and there is nothing more we can do except try to be better the next time.
