      They have the worst service ever. I have been trying to get my vechile from them since 7pm on July 7,2023. I know the night driver in council bluffs. An was told every time I called the call center that I would get a call once he was back in council bluffs. And I have yet to get a call. But seen him sitting in his truck at the shop that they have on 6th Ave. nobody wants to answer the phones at all they just send you to voicemail.

      Drivers are not responsible for releasing cars unless it is after hours. If you were to call in right now or anytime between 6am and 6pm on a weekeday i'm sure you will get the quality asisstrnace you're looking for.
      Call in Tuesday 7/11/23 between 8am and noon and ask for Steve, I'll get you what you need.
