    I currently park my car in a public lot off of 13th and Harney street- rented by the Law Firm I work for. We are given 3x3 passes that, for one, don’t fit in anyone’s review mirror. I always have my pass tied up multiple times from the air freshener hanging from my review mirror. The pass is so tied up that it would physically be impossible to fall down on its own. On December 18th 2024- the company towed my car. Upon calling the company, they didn’t even have to ask me which car was mine… they just knew as soon as I called. I’m 6 months pregnant and had to pick up my car the next business day which was December 19th 2024. I found my pass untied and on the floor or my car. There is no possible way for my pass to have fallen down. This company is a scam and should be investigated for their scammy business practices. Attached is the way the parking pass is always displayed in my car.

    Car was towed from a lot that was poorly marked. When calling the business to see about car retrieval, I was met with extreme hostility from the man I spoke with. When I told him I needed information about car retrieval because my only car seat for my infant son was in the car, he laughed and told me I better get to Walmart to buy a new one and proceeded to say he was “sick of people like me calling and he should just be able to hang up”. The rudeness was completely unnecessary in an already stressful situation and this man continued to raise his voice at me throughout the call. He should be ashamed at how he treats other people and is a severely poor representative of a company. I understand they are called to do a job, but that level of disrespect when it was no warranted is completely uncalled for.

    My car was also severely damaged in the towing process. We have video footage that the car was undamaged prior to the towing and was damaged following pickup. The owner refused to discuss this with me, would not give me his business info, made me pay cash to retrieve my car and refused to provide a receipt, and the DOT number to his tow truck is not active.
