      Ever since I had my windows install I been complaining about noise from the bed room windows and they keep blowing me off I filled a complaint back in January about Pella and after the work was done they never contacted me asking how thing went so I emailed my sales person no response emailed the company 3 times no response they got their money and now they are done with me

      I’ve spoken with Steve ***** and I will be meeting with him
      and his wife on Thursday next week at 5:30pm to discuss with him and his wife
      what can and can’t be done to improve the situation.  He has my cell
      number and my email and will be working with me directly going forward. 
      Once I meet with him and his wife Thursday I’ll update everyone again.

      I had windows in stall in July been haveing issues with them now just had 4 more installed they are noisy I can't sleep the guy was trying to blame the house not the window or saying maybe not enough foam around but it's the glass the noise is coming through the glass . I been haveing so many issues with these windows I over paid for these windows and had nothing but problems with it I can't get anything from the sales guy on this I feel he took advantage of me and my family and just sold us some windows

It is our understanding that our Installation Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Representative met at your home on Monday 1/16/23 to discuss what can be done to improve the situation and our Installation Manager has placed a follow up call as well. We have established next steps and will work with you to assess the resolution upon completion of our next visit in February.
