      Awesome service. They came at time promised. Very informative how my windows worked. Will and Ken did great job cleaning up and installing. Love my new soundproof windows

      Very disappoint with the service received with Pella during and after installation of 7 windows. We trusted the Pella name and reputation and should not have. Sub contractors came to do the installation and were very unprofessional. Left their trailer at our house for the night and used caulk to fill in nail holes which left smudge marks on all inside trim. Caulking outside looks like it was done by a 3 year old.
      Inside trim was not cut and installed as initially requested because measuring person did not write it down although I showed him a sliding door that was completed and said I wanted all the trim cut this way.
      Told our representative Corey Kull immediately, and no one from Pella actually came out to look at for 3 weeks. Dustin F****, Field Manager, should have came back out the 2nd day of installation and would have seen what was happening, didn't happen.
      Standard White inside trim took 3 months to correct only the bottom trim piece and paint to correct the problem, leaving us having to put up and down window treatments multiple times and move heavy furniture away from windows for the work to be corrected.
      We were told by BOTH sub contractors (painter & carpenter) they fix a lot of Pella jobs that are messed up during installation and they hear a lot of complaints of how long it took to get someone back out to correct.
      This is not how you do business Pella! Shame on all of you for treating myself and I guess many other costumers this way. I wish there was a - negative star, that is what I would rate you now.

      We apologize for the delay in this recovery process. It is always our objective to turn around any follow up activity as quickly as possible, but in this case, we had a longer than normal turnaround time and for that we apologize for the delays.

      We completed the original installation on 7/30. At the completion of that installation, we were informed that the angled trim below the stool or sill of the window was supposed to be straight or at a true 90-degree angle, the recovery process started.

      The new (correct) trim was ordered at no cost to the customer and at that point, we determined to send a trim only crew out to address along with the painting company so we could complete the job correctly. The completion date that both contractors could replace the trim, repaint all 7 units including jamb and new casing, was 9/27.

      We always aim to complete jobs as soon as possible and apologize again for the delay. Please contact us with any additional services needed and we will work to resolve them.
