    Omaha glass pros was supposed to replace a windshield that was defective from the first service I paid for I was given an option to keep the defective glass they installed or schedule or schedule a time to reinstall non damaged windshield. when brought in at the scheduled time 730am I waited 2 hours to check on the status of vehicle most cars came in a left a head of me, once I inquired about my vehicle it took the customer service 6 minutes to return with a story of the replacement window that was supposed to go on vehicle was also damaged and she does not have a time or reason why it will take hours. No communication was given to me or did anyone keep me up to date about the issue, lack of communication and professional ethics are being shown at Omaha glass pro, because of my looks they have made it a purpose to isolate me and my vehicle for some reason as paying customer I should be notified and treated with more respect for spending my hard earned money at this business, as a Veteran I notice that lack of care is being shown and time wasted, not sure if it’s racially motivated but I am being treated differently from the other customers and it shows and causing me mental distress and anxiety.

    What was the vehicle you brought in? I have a Jeep Renegade for windshield and window tint. Can you provide me a phone number to look up your ticket? And as far as your "looks", that doesn't matter to us, and we DO NOT treat people based on how they look. I do apologize that you felt this way, but to assure you, we do not isolate people or treat them different based on looks.
