  Projects consistently delayed and communication is poor. They have not paid the granite contractor for my job, now I am working through a lien process. Would not recommend.

  Did not win it was because of cretiable witnesses, I sent a construction worker and city of Papillion code inspecter, so I guess that was not enough to win over Deloa who had no witnesses. I guess I learned not to use Deloa. If you are going to have work done think twice.

  We hired DeLoa & Sons to replace a back deck and staircase for our business. We made an agreement in 2019, they didnt begin tearing down the old and building the new one until June of 2020 due to delays. When they finished building it the first time the steps were not done correctly so they had to take them all down and do it over again. Then when they did it the second time the city did not approve it as up to code due to the width of the stairs and the placement of the railings. The top stairs were never finished safely and all of the railings are severly loose and dangerous. They put small pieces of 2x4 under the railings due to them not being long enough so they are not secured into the stairs. Facia is now warping because the screws were not properly screwed in. The total time from start to finish on this was nearly 2 years and the city still does not deem this deck up to code. We were meant to believe that after the third fix that the deck and staircase was up to city regulations. You would think a business that specializes in this would know what the city regulations are. We decided after 3 attempts we would take matters to the court to get our money back and have a different company replace it, but judge dismissed the case. Feel free to come down and take a look at the staircase and you can see what we mean by this is an extremely terrible job done by this company. Now we will be having to pay nearly 19,000 to have the deck and staircase redone by another company after already paying DeLoa for this job.

  If you need some remodeling work or some construction done call these guys. They do great work and are as customer oriented as you can get. They finished our basement and we got a really wonderful result. They always kept us in the loop as to what crew would be there and what phase they would be doing. Each crew was on time and did the work they were going to do and did it well. If there was an issue it was handled quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond every day. I would use them on any other project I needed. The work was done well and the people that did it great to work with

  DeLoa and Sons Construction did an amazing job with our staircase spindle replacement project! They were very professional, friendly, timely and detail oriented throughout the demo/install process. Do not hesitate calling them for any work on your home!

  DeLoa & Sons went above & beyond finishing my garage for me. Drywalled the ceiling as well as putting up wood trim. Also got a electrical outlet installed. No messes. No issues. I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!
