Incompetent and rude customer service and poor-quality workmanship on my 16' X 16' patio. They splattered the lifting/leveling foam on my vinyl siding, aluminum window trim and rose quartz landscape rock. I have spent several hours trying to scrape the foam off of everything with my fingernails. I tried some different cleaners, but only *********** had any effect and only after I picked 80-90% of it off with my fingernails. *********** would remove half of the remaining foam, but not without also removing the finish from the surfaces. It still looks like crap! I will have to repaint my window trim, replace about 8 pieces of 8" siding and continue to scrape my rock manually. First, I was instructed to get estimates to replace the siding, which I spent the time and effort doing. Second, I was told the siding would not be replaced and to have a professional cleaning service clean it. I called them back and told them I would not do that, because it was their responsibility to repair the damage. It was not my responsibility to get estimates for replacing the siding, then after they changed their minds, find a professional cleaning service. I was very upset when I called them, because they were changing their minds and obviously didn't really have a clue how to handle this situation. Third, I was told by a rude, incompetent woman with a horrible attitude, that in 2 weeks the guys who caused the damage would try to clean in it. Meanwhile this caustic foam is dissolving my vinyl siding, so I have continued to try to remove it with ***********. This is the biggest home improvement mistake I have ever made! My patio does not slope enough away from the house and there are areas that not only will my shovel bump into, but also leave puddles/ice as well as funnel water to my foundation. The only thing that would make me happy is a full refund and never ever do business with them again. I want my $2522 back so I can repair all the damage they caused. Zero stars!

Mckenna was the customer service representative who I first spoke to about this issue. After she gave me instructions on what to do, I asked her to please send me email confirmation of the agreement. Shockingly, she said, "No, just have the siding company send the invoice to my email address and we will pay them." She gave me her email address, and I asked her to repeat it back to me for accuracy. I just sent her an email, requesting her to send me your email address, and the transmission failed. I will not talk to any Thrasher employee on the phone. My husband and I do not trust your company. When Mckenna refused to send us email confirmation of the agreement, the trust was permanently severed. You have my email address. Stay away from this company. They screwed up our floors. They're more uneven than before they did any work. They said I needed a sump pump even though my basement hadn't had any water for 15 years since installing new gutters. I went ahead and had one installed. Last year during their annual visit they told me I needed a bigger sump pump even though the original pump they installed had never been used. They also told me my front sun porch was sinking and that it was "urgent" that it be repaired. They said it needed to be fixed within months. The cost was over $30,000 dollars. This was in August 2021. I got a several other companies to look at my foundation without telling them what Thrasher/Midwest Foundation was advising. A couple companies tried to tell me I needed MORE work done but let's just say the majority said not to worry. Nothing "urgent" was about to happen. This company not only made our floors worse, they pressure you to buy things you don't need. Get several opinions before going with any company. The reason you can't find me in the system is after cancelling our annual appointment, my wife and I received several emails urging us to reschedule. I called your office and told the woman who answered to stop sending us emails. I also told her if a manager wanted to know why I was unhappy, I'd be glad to talk to them. 5 stars******************************** did a great job on the foundation bracing, installing a triple sump system and a window well. They worked hard, were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took care to keep our home clean and cleaned up the outside worksites as well. *** was very knowledgeable about the entire system and was very easy to work with and helped us customize the work we needed to have done. They were very professional and we highly recommend Thrasher for foundation work.Review fromGunny 2

Thrasher did an excellent job from the response time of the request, the evaluation, the demonstration and the actual work. The site supervisor Lalo ******** and team was excellent. The clean up was immaculate, and they were professional. The job was expensive but it was on track with the industry work of this type.Thrasher Foundation Repair
