  I signed up with these folks because there was a piece of equipment I wanted to bid on. they said they take credit cards, so I bid and won. Went to pay, and they would only take a bank wire. I drive a truck and couldn't get home to transfer money in to the account. Tried talking to them 3 times to work something out. I offered to pay a service charge of 3% for using my card. Instead they closed my account, and are selling it to the next highest bidder and are expecting me to pay the difference between the 2 bids, as well as a 25% cancellation fee.
  BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE CROOKS

  payments for items purchased at auction, we offer four forms of payment.  There are specific limits for each payment type,
  which we outline in the FAQ section of our website.
  
  For items carrying
  a value of =$5K USD, payments can be paid for with a credit card. Any items valued
  at =$15K USD can be paid for using our online ACH option. Payment can be made
  for all items via wire or a bank-to-bank ACH transfer.  All payments are due within 48 hrs. of an
  invoice being issued to you for your purchased items. 
  
  We
  understand your concerns and appreciate the feedback you provided about your experience.  However, we make every effort to provide explanations
  around payment options.  Please note that
  we’ll consider your experience as we look to continue to enhance the BigIron Auctions

  Big Iron listed several items of machinery. They forged by signature to listing agreement. They promised that I would be able to collect loading fees(one item was a building frame). I had to file a small claims action one the buyer(located in Stillwater Okla.). I received a judgement against the buyer--judgement remains unpaid. One item listed was a non-operative vehicle(they collected the signed and notarized title). It was over one year before they listed vehicle. Buyer never picked up vehicle. Big Iron refused to return title(signed and notarized).. Small claims filed. They made an appearance(with unsigned title, without notary affixed). They finally presented a signed & notarized title and failed to notify the court they also agreed to pay court costs(attorney for Big Iron). They want to be paid in 48 hours of completed auction, they waited 21` days to forward payment. They continue to solicit listing for auction via e-mails,******************, And telephone. This may border on stalking. I would not list an out house, knowing what I do now. My regret is not looking for reviews, or looking at BBB rating. Hopefully I can help someone undergoing the tragic treatment I received from Big Iron Austion.

  Big Iron has done everything possible to work with this customer. Several of the statements made in this review do not accurately represent the situation. However, the case has been dismissed in The District Court, First Judicial District of Texas County, OK in Case # ************ filed Sep 8, 2022 in Arthur Gerald ******** vs. Big Iron.
