Very dishonest with no morals or ethics. I purchased the Bob Meyer's (owner) personal truck and was lied to about what motor the truck had. I flew in from out of state and questioned the motor when I got to the dealership. Billy, the salesman looked me in the eye and said "I know for a fact that this truck has the high output motor". I requested a copy of the window sticker and left with the truck. I was not give the window sticker until I was pushed to pressure them to provide it. Once it was found that I was lied to, I simply asked for the $3,000 difference between the motor I was promised and what I received. The owner (Bob), general Manager (Trent), and salesman (Billy) all dismissed me and left it with a what are you going to do about it... This business has no morals or ethics from the top down. Do not do business here.

Pretty disappointed with Billy S**** and Meyer Auto - as less than 24 hours after buying a truck I found out by an independent shop the trucks brakes were so bad it was unsafe to drive - AFTER driving my kids and wife in the truck.
Bought a 2021 Ram 2500 with 74,000 miles from Billy S****. He told me during the process it needed new brakes. I thought he and and Meyer Auto group were honest so I took their word for it and was happy with the truck and bought it.
The next morning I bring it to a shop to put new brakes on it - most would assume that means brake pads and maybe rotors. Nope - need brake calipers as well bc one was locked up and the other was over extended. The shop told me I shouldn’t even be driving it as the calipers could push out anytime causing brake fluid to immediately discharge and have no brakes.
In addition, they said the ball joints were bad, belt was bad and it had no washer fluid. I should have checked things more thoroughly but just assumed the Billy and the guys were shooting me straight. Washer fluid is a small deal - but if that wasn’t checked than was anything even checked?
Called Billy to chat about options. He tells me “I’m just the middle man, I don’t know what the shop does” “I don’t even know what brake calipers are “ “ call Trent and talk with him”. The comment that really got me - “if the brakes were that bad, how’d you get home?” Billy wouldn’t even share the inspection report or any documentation the truck was looked at from the service shop.
Spoke with Trent, a manager and got similar answers. “The brakes must be okay if you drove back to Omaha”, “I don’t know what Billy said, that’s between you guys”, “it’s your truck now”.
I should have just checked more thoroughly myself. I’m a small business owner and now have a $27,000 dollar truck that I can’t use for my livelihood bc the calipers are on back order and the trucks unsafe to drive and have to pay $5,400 to fix pads, rotors, calipers, ball joints, belt, and alignment.
