      The insurance company canceled my policy after claiming non payment that was incorrect. I received a bill on April 1st and then paid said bill on April 3rd and they proceeded to cancel my policy on April 12th. After investigation they said they decided to cancel because of an 8 month old ********** never received and have no communication about. Apparently they just used that as an excuse to keep the money from the bill I did pay and cancel anyways. Very very very dishonest company

      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Great West Casualty Company regarding a significant issue with a refund that is due to us for a prorated insurance premium on a commercial vehicle insured by them, which was declared a total loss. Despite having paid our insurance premium in full for the remainder of the policy term, our efforts to recover the prorated premium have been met with unprofessional behavior and unjust denial.Our company, High Quality ******************** has been a client of Great West Casualty Company, Unfortunately, one of our trucks was involved in an incident and subsequently declared a total loss. Following this event, our insurance agent informed us that we would receive a prorated refund of $3,823 for the unused portion of our insurance premium. This refund is critical for our operations, especially considering the financial strains our company is facing due to the challenging with our truck being determine a total loss and overall conditions within the trucking industry.Upon initiating the process to claim this refund, we were directed to their billing department and spoke with an individual named *****. Our interaction with ***** was not only unproductive but also highly unprofessional. ***** exhibited rude and disrespectful behavior throughout our conversation. Initially, she attempted to redirect us to the ****************** and after some insistence on our part to resolve the issue, she reluctantly agreed to investigate further. Subsequently, ***** informed us that her supervisor had decided against issuing our refund, citing that our policy had undergone too many endorsement changes. Furthermore, she mentioned that we would only be eligible for a credit and we could not receive our money immediately by check despite our clear communication that we do not intend to renew our policy with them. This decision, based on unfounded and irrelevant reasons, is not only unfair but also detrimental to our business.

      Around June 1 2023 my car was struck 2 times By JNL TRUCKING and drove away from accident leaving 3 elderly women hurt that was driving my car. Police report was made and filed with great west. Over 30 days later *********************** came and did a estimate on car. After accident the car hasnt ran since. He didnt offer to get to shop or a rental. I never got a copy of quote for repairs from him. He was always OUT OF THE OFFICE WHEN I CALLED. After this I tried contacting ******************** thats suppose to be over case. I wrote emails and called for over 30 days with no response or call back. Then another month goes by and I finally get a email back after another 30 days saying they dont know if they at fault so couldnt do anything. I wasnt offered a rental or anything not even a call to check on us. Then I get estimate finally and for 2 k and not includes to get the car back running or me without car still up to today. I have been not able to get to work or have a car since first of June. I asked to be reimbursed for this and they said that wasnt there problem. They have been nothing but rude to me. I have never been treated like this by any company. Imagine how you would feel if you got hit twice by semi then drove away. Now almost 5 months later still no car no money for repairs and then they try to short you and tell you they dont care. Please help. The amount of money I have lost from work and no vehicle plus repairs is close to 20 k.
