      Have been a customer for 15+ years. Dropped due to a couple overweight tickets. No moving violations for years. Obviously aren't loyal to their customers. Would have to be a pretty good deal for me to go back.

      I will say that they have good premiums for there insurance but that is where the good ends with them. I filed a claim with them and it took them 5.5 week to get me my money! For a single owner/operator that almost put me out of business! I will not be using them again when my insurance expires with them!

      They owe me a prorated refund check and said that put it in the mail. Thirty days Im served with no check, a lot of excuses, and late fees for bills I had to pay.

      Very disappointed by great west I had a wire fire in my truck and they won't let me have the wet kit I put on the truck they are using it to get a better salvage bit and now they say I want the wet kit I have to buy back the truck which is crap I put the wet kit on and cost 13000 just in parts very pissed at them out for there own pocket I will be pulling my truck off of them I thought insurance was not to better yourself but to put u back to what u had and now I have no wet kit without buying it back not at all getting me back to what I had

      Agents cover up their s**** *** by making the customer look like the liar and calling small repair shops lazy. We got approved by one agent another agent comes in and says not covering us and we ordered parts without permission. The calls are recorded! First agent the agent screwed our claim up, wouldn't return calls, didn't receive pictures or estimates we have proof of sending them 3 times, just tell tge truth is all. Now it's our fault and they say some things are wear or oh it looks a *********************** that was there before or we didn't get permission to order. First agent sits back and plays innocent. We've been customer a long time with no claims that were our fault until now. Great customers treated very badly. Always record your calls with great west. Phone call today 2nd agent called our repair shop lazy. I'm sure great west has this recording.
