    Thanks for the fast delivery but I paid for a Kawasaki 99969-6419 kit but unfortunately I received a very different 99969-6527. I've been trying to get in touch all day, but unfortunately no one is answering the given phone number. I just wasted $74. Who wants to draw conclusions.

    The customer can contact us through the communication channels per the eCommerce site where the item was purchased. We can then research the issue through the order number and resolve any issues.

    Ordered chainsaw bar. I received it but it was the wrong bar. There mistake. I tried to contacted them and no response…. so i had to get E-Bay involved. after that they responded by saying the bar will work and its more expensive than what i ordered. i responded and said the bar will not work... wrong pitch, wrong drive links etc. and no response after several tries to contact them. Had to get E-Bay involved again and E-Bay had to send me the return label.... Not Paedistributing. Long story short, Customer Service is Horrendous! Never again… Absolutely the worst E-Bay company I’ve ever bought from.

    Our apologies. Shipments get lost in transit but there isn't a way to track all shipments. Once we are notified, our policy is to research tracking information and process a refund if the package is shown to be lost.

    avoid this company or individual scam artist look at address on Google. She or this company lives very well digging into pockets of consumers who buy from 3 main online selling markets...Ordered lawn mower blades like several others and 13 days after supposedly shipping now there is weather related delays. Must be from the lake they live on because I deal with logistics daily and have for 17 years and get all updates on all delays.

    Our apologies for your delayed delivery. We purchase shipping from Amazon for 95% of our orders. Amazon received tracking updates from their shippers on the status of the package. We do see that the USPS tracking website had a banner stating delays could be possible due to weather and that information is shared with Amazon for their updates. We are working on adding the technology to track all of our orders and will in the near future.

    I placed an order for 6 mower blades on Ebay from PAE Distributing. Placed on 5-8-24 and have yet to receive them.

    I've bought several chainsaw bars and chains from them and have always received exactly what I ordered. This prices off their ebay and Amazon stores can't be beat.

    I bought lawnmower blades fron them on Amazon. They sent the wrong blades then wanted me to pay for the return shipping. I disputed the sale with Amazon, who who guaranteed a resolution in 7 days or less. After 15 days and many hours on the telephone with no results, I deleted my Amazon account forever. PAE Distributing also sells at Walmart. BEWARE!

    I ordered their oil on Amazon and they sent the wrong oil. The process of returning and communication to get the correct oil was a nightmare. I will never order from PAE ever again.

    I ordered an oil change kit from Amazon. I got an email saying that my products were left by the front door. There was no package. Sent a message to PAE about this matter. The reply back from "Chris" said for me to check around my house and also with my neighbors and if no package then contact my local USPS location to verify where the postal worker left the package. My relpy was, I will not. As the vendor that falls on them to locate my package because that is the services that they choose to use. I own a lawn and landscaping service and I would have given them a good bit of business. I do not recommend PAE Distributing. Wish I had seen the comments beforehand.
