    PAE clearly sent me the wrong chainsaw chains and now I am out. The numbers are clearly wrong but I suppose they wanted to make a sale.

    Never received my blades. Ordered May 3, and still waiting. They provided a tracking #, it goes to USPS which has not received it yet. Tried contacting them with zero response. DO NOT ORDER FROM PAE DISTRIBUTING!!!!!! (If I could leave less than 1 star, I would)

    Ordered mower blades on April 29th It is now May 10th and still no shipment. They provided a tracking number that has not even made it to USPS yet. So provided a tracking number and product has not even shipped.

    Ordered mower blades Apr. 20. They charged my card, changed the status to "shipped" but never actually shipped them. I emailed them twice. Nothing. They don't have a legitimate phone number to call. May 7 and still not here, can't get refund.

    Stay away from this company. You never receive the item you order. Ordered a belt for my lawn mower said would be delivered on 4/27/2023 this is 5/3/2023 still waiting. If I could pick less than a one star I would, Robert H***

    Ordered a oem part, which was listed by part# and made in USA. They sent a Chinese cheap knockoff part. This is bait and switch, which is illegal. I reached out to them with email and phone messages with no reply. They are doing fraudulent business practices.

    PAE Distributing is a scammer. Bought item on Amazon almost two weeks ago. They immediately go to USPS and get a tracking number to make it look like and report they have shipped item but never provide the item to USPS to be shipped. This causes extreme delays in getting your money back because they say they have shipped it but it even shows on USPS’ site they never received item. Still can’t get refund though because their is a fake tracking number. They know this scam and use it to their advantage. Buy elsewhere.

    I don't think much of your business due to the fact that I purchesed this item from Amazon and the shipping was free. then the post office said I own $ 7.95 postage for the item. So I retuen the item and if I find out that any other companys do the same from Amazon I will have to stop buying from Amazon.

    This is the second time I have tried to order lawn mower parts from this company, the first time I ordered I didn't receive parts for about 2 weeks. They were the wrong size, error on my part, but then I reordered the right size around July 7, 2022 and it's July 20, 22 and I have NOT received my parts yet. Poor business. I have never had problems anywhere else and I order things at least on the average of 3 times a week. This company need to take Business 101 course, because i ordered this parts and yes it was a time sensitive issue. In other words, a project need to be completed by a certain date and because i have not received the order, I have lost money. Not fair at all.
