    On Nov. 24, 2023 I saw this commercial on tv for this heater and I thought I would try it out. So I ordered it that night, the full price was $64.98. I received it probably four days later. When I tried it out it would not even turn on, I tried different outlets but it wouldnt work. So I sent it back on Dec. 1, 2023 and cost an additional $17.05. The commercial and the website stated that there was a 30 day guarantee, I sent it back well within that time frame. The refund was supposed to be returned within 3 to 7 days. I called them after a week and they told me it had been processed, I still have not received it. I called them a week after that and they just keep telling me it has been processed, but I still have not received it.

    Hello, we are sorry to hear this, we have issued the refund and the bank on our end has a record of refund which we have told you, best course fo action for you is to call your card company and file a payment dispute as they will be forced to refund at that point. Thank you

    Thank you for getting back to me. There has been no refund, they are saying I need to contact the card company to get the refund which is bull, if they had sent a refund it would go straight into my bank account because I used a debit card, so they are still scamming me. I called my bank and they said they would see what they could do.

    Receipt indicates a "warranty" charge of $10. Doorbell does not work. Company is refusing return stating 30 days has passed. Refuses to acknowledge "warranty". Have had product appx. 6 weeks. In trying to research this company and product, I'm finding nothing. In addition to having a product that doesn't work, now I worry that I've given my credit card information to a fraudulent company.

    I ordered a 2 video doorbells from this company on April 18th 2022. One of the doorbells didn’t function and I asked for a replacement. I received the replacement and tried unsuccessfully to installed so I took the batteries out and was going to start over. When I installed the new batteries there was a flash of fire. Needless to say that door ringer was a defective too. At this point I was over it. I requested a RGA to return the defective doorbells. I just wanted a refund. On May 17th . Elaine in customer told me they had new ones that were better. It is a hassle returning items so I told her to send me the new one. On June first I received the replacement one more time. However, you need a chime for the new door ringers which cost $50.00. I requested a refund on June 7th. No one has responded. I have one functioning door-ringer which works. I want a refund of $74.98 plus $27.00 for 1 battery pack. I have 4 door-ringers in my office I can return or put in the trash. My original order number is 44297. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
