    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. BBB SHOULD BE ASHAMED THEY HAVE GIVEN THEM AN A RATING. Bought this product last year. Do not fall for it. It is a poor product. Batteries are no good. They do not last long. Online platform is junk. Doorbell is junk too. Camera is ok but since other three complaints are so bad, it can’t be used. I bought two door ringers, two battery packs with charger and the door bell. I waited too long and was unable to get a refund after 30 days. If you buy it, test your product to be able to return with 30 days. Of course, as stated below, you won’t get shipping back as “they incur costs”. They have money as they have my 350 dollars I spent. I voiced all of these concerns but was told “we can’t do anything because you are beyond your 30 days”. I asked for a manager or corporate rep and got no response back. Finally, I tried to leave a review on a website, but there is none to be found. I happens to be reading an article today about someone leaving a review on the better business bureau and thought, why not try? As you can see, this is still bothering me a year later.

    It is a shame they send you their item with free shipping but if the product doesn't work and you pay to send it back they still don't refund the original payment they deduct 20.00 for they same item that was suppose to be sent free

    Correct, we incur shipping costs when shipping product to you. When a product is returned as stated in our shipping and return policy all refunds are less S&H. We worked with you tirelessly to answer all your questions and you wanted to return still even with all our technical support help.
