I have emailed mint products numerous times with no response. I have tried calling yet no one calls back. My order for coins was placed on Jan. 9th and I sent a check which was cashed but have yet to receive my coins, nor an explanation as to what the hold up might be. It has been 2 months since my order and I've heard nothing.Business Response

Good Morning,
We apologize for this issue. It seems that the customer was not receiving our communication in regards to his order. We replied on both 3/4 and 3/10 to his inquiries about the order but he seemingly did not receive the communication. I have copied and pasted the two most recent communications that were sent via email again on 3/4 and 3/10. We've been waiting for our NGC Certified pieces to arrive and they look like they will be arriving later on this week. His order will be packed and shipped as soon as they arrive.

FYI, I did get a email from Mint Products which I found in my spam folder. It stated that there was a delay on one of the items from their vendor so the whole order was held as they don't send a partial order. They stated in the March 4th email it would be going out in a week. Today is the 12th which is over a week and their website says my order is still processing. I am glad to know they have not gone out of business but disappointed they held up my $1000.00 order because of 1 item. They could have sent the majority of my order and I would have been happy with that. It looks like this issue with Mint Products may be solved in the next week. Thank You for you help.Customer Answer

On 11-16-24, i placed an order in the amount ******, using the check/wire option. The check was cashed by the end of the month. On the site under my account shows paid and processing. Well its been over 6 weeks since check was cashed and products still has not been shipped. I've purchased from **** products for many years now with no problems. But I've sent emails and placed several calls leaving messages and no response. The web page stills seem to be operating and still getting emails, but cannot get in touch with anyone about fulfilling my order. Something doesn't seem right.Business Response

We were in the process of changing facilities and did not print this invoice as we should have and because of this the order was not fulfilled as it should have been. On August 16, 2024, I ordered 4 gold coins from Mint Products ("MP"). These were NOT Presale items. Their website indicated that the coins were in their possession and ready for delivery. They immediately deposited my check for the full amount. I wrote numerous emails to them commencing Sept. 3, 2024 asking when I would receive my coins. On Sept. 25, 2024, *** ***** of MP finally wrote back and offered to mail half of my order (2 gold coins), and the remaining coins would be shipped on Friday the following week. On Oct. 3, 2024 I finally received the partial shipment of 2 coins. The remaining 2 coins was NOT shipped the following week as promised. After numerous emails again to them, on Oct. 8, 2024, *** ***** finally replied that the remaining 2 gold coins would be shipped on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024. They did not ship the 2 coins as promised. They have now ignored my numerous emails and telephone calls. They owe me two gold coins which are: 2024 1 Oz. ************************** ($2890.33); and a Random Date 1 Oz. Canadian Gold Maple Leaf Coin ($2851.05). Total current value they owe me for the 2 coins is $5,741.38. My husband is a senior citizen and we live on fixed income. I am extremely distressed with the lack of responsiveness and misrepresentations of owner ***** ***** and his brother *** *****. If I do not receive immediate satisfaction by receipt of my 2 coins, I will resort to legal action and request for payment of additional damages.Business Response

Product received is satisfactory, however, receipt of product created needless stress, many follow-up emails with no replies from Mint Products. The products should have been shipped promptly after payment. This is not the way to run a responsible business and **** Products will lose customers if they keep doing this. Complaint closed.

Placed an online order (#******) on 6/18/24 for 5 coins and $200.32. Was immediately notified on 6/19/24 that the order was in process. Sent an email on Wednesday, 6/26/24 asking when the order would ship. No response. Sent at 2nd request email on Thursday, 6/27/24. Then tried MULTIPLE times to call the **************** number. Only received a recording. Mintproducts.com needs to ship this order immediately or provide a full refund. I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: There was no indication that this item was a "pre-sell" when the order was placed. The business is using this excuse as a way to take the order and the payment for items not in stock and resulting in a more than two-week shipment delay. Order placed: 6/19/24. Order shipped 7/8/24.

We understand that the customer may not accept the response but the item was clearly marked as pre-sale at the time of the purchase. We put these notifications on items when they are not readily available for us and will not ship right away. The item status is indicated by a red ribbon at the top of the item quick view page. As mentioned in the previous response, the items were sent to the customer and are now in his possession. We would ask that in the future please note the item status before ordering so receiving them on a delay is not an issue. Thank you.

On 2/29/24 I placed an order (invoice ******) with mint products for one 1 oz gold coin, two 1 oz silver coins and a half dollar. Hello,
We apologize for the issue with obtaining the certified pieces from NGC in a more timely manner. Although we state in our Terms and Conditions that Pre-Sale items are given estimated timeframes for delivery and delivery times can take longer than anticipated and because of this Pre-Sale items cannot be cancelled, we still provided the customer with a full refund check for the items on 10/23/23 and it was subsequently deposited on 10/30/23.
We believe that we have handled the situation as necessary and no further action can be taken.

I submitted an order at 8:31 am on 28 October 2022. The items I ordered were in stock with no potential delay notice. The payment has cleared! On 3 November 2022, I sent an e mail asking the status of my order and why it was still being processed. No answer to the correspondence. Today starts the second week since my order was received and all I can find out is that it is in processing. I did send another e mail requesting the same information.Business Response

We are sorry to hear about this complaint. While the order was placed on Friday, October 28th, it did not begin processing until Monday, October 31st as the order was placed after the processing cutoff time for the day. Due to active markets and busier than normal volume, some bullion orders have been shipping slightly slower than usual. At this time the order is slated to ship tomorrow for the customer and it will be shipped Priority Mail which will get the delivery to the customer as quickly as possible.
We have already responded to the customers inquiry through our website and will provide him with tracking tomorrow as soon as it is available.
