    I placed an order for a presale item on Jan 9th 2025 with a expected ship date of mid Feb. Here it is over 2 months later and I finally received the following email from *** (Owner) on 10 March: Good Morning,Thank you for reaching out about your order. We apologize for the delay as we've seen slower shipping times with our NGC Certified ******. We anticipate that this order should be shipping by the end of the week for you but it will all depend on when the ****** arrive. We will ensure the order is updated ASAP as soon as it ships for you.Thank you and we hope you have a great day.Kind Regards,*** My response: Your website should clearly and correctly depict fulfillment times. Estimated shipment dates per your website indicated a shipment date of mid February. Failure to ship this product by end of week will result in a report of fraud being filed with the BBB. Sitting in funds of your customers for months and not delivering on time is fraud. ***** Response: Good Morning,Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay and understand the frustration. We unfortunately received an order from NGC that contained the MS ****** but did not receive the ** ****** as of yet. We will cancel and refund this order as we don't want to hold onto your money and don't take the term fraud lightly. We are experiencing longer than anticipated ship times for some of our ******. We have cancelled and refunded your order and you are now all set.Thank you, have a nice day.Regards,*** My response: This is still fraud! You sat on my money as well as potentially other customers money for nearly two months. Potentially collecting interest on that money. Compound that with potentially millions of other customers. That's fraud. Ill be looking for the refund and still plan on having your business investigated. This is **** poor service and a bad business model. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this so called business. *** sucks!

    No response to inquiries about order status even after credit card being billed immediately. One month later, still no response and no product. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and behold my order arrives 4 days later. Over a month after the order was placed. This was not the 1st time this has happened and it took a credit card dispute to get my order then too. That's OK, I promise there won't be a third time. Buyers be ware!

    I have been trying to reach anyone by phone or emailing and no one answers. I have no idea what is going on with my order. I know they have my money and my checked was cashed a week and a half ago. Not a good way to do business.

    Hello. We are sorry you had a poor experience with us. We received your check on 12/27/23, gave it the proper time to clear through the bank and as a first time customer we ensure that the proper time has passed before processing the order (please see terms and conditions). Once we felt the proper time had passed, we packed and shipped the order. All these actions were following our standard timeline for check payments as listed in the terms and conditions. The order was shipped on 1/8/24 and tracking was provided on that day as well. We apologize that this wasn't a great experience for you and hope you enjoy your products. Have a nice day. -MP

    I have been doing business with mint products for years. However, my last order I have not been able to get the status of the order. When I call I get the message all are agents are busy. I have sent several emails and have not received a response. My next course of action will be the BBB and the NH States Attorneys Office.
