    We paid up front for electrical work. The first visit 2 people came and got a lot done. Unfortunately what was done did not pass inspection so it had to be redone. Getting anyone rescheduled to come to the house is impossible. We started the project over a year ago. The last visit was one person that got very little done and had to leave to help on another job. We paid this business 10K and still aren't done. We want our remaining credit back as well as the last 2 visits as the money was not allocated corrected- fixing what was wrong and getting very little done yet charging.

    We performed an installation of a boiler on 10/5/2021.  Included in the contract to install a boiler was Future Electrical Work of $2,200.00.

    on 6/29/2021, we performed $1,450.00 of electrical work for the customer's pool pump and outlet. 

    on 11/24/2021, we performed work as required by the town inspector which didn't cost the customer. At this time the customer still wanted a couple of lights installed and other work depending on credit available.

    on 3/9/2022, we performed work as requested for a total of $453.75.    Balance remaining is $296.25. 

    on 9/19/22, customer requested to schedule to finish the project. -At that time, we were available on 10/6/22 but requested from the customer her required scope of work.   We didn't receive a response so assumed the date was not scheduled on her part.  After receiving this complaint, we called and left a voice message on 10/12, with no return call.  We would like to solve this also and are willing to refund the customer $296.25 or connect back to find what wasn't completed.
