    We purchased our furnace through this company and have generally been very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of their service team. However, we encountered an issue shortly after the furnace was installed. Their service technicianwho did an excellent jobadvised us that the issue should be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, we later received a bill stating otherwise.Despite our efforts to address this with their office, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction. We felt dismissed when our account was removed, particularly after having entrusted their company with such a significant investment of over $15,000.Last year, we attempted to schedule a service appointment and were told that they no longer service our address. While a conversation with the manager appeared to rectify this, we had already engaged another provider by then. I assured the manager that I would reach out again this year because we truly value the quality of their service team.Recently, I called to schedule an appointment. After providing my address, I was put on hold and directed to leave a message for *****. I left the message three days ago and have not received a response. This lack of communication has left me wondering if we are once again being excluded from their service area.Their service technicians have always provided excellent work, and I would prefer to continue working with this company. However, this pattern of miscommunication and unresolved issues is disheartening.

    We installed a new Biasi Boiler on 11/16/16-8 years ago. The customer also installed an Indirect Storage Tank on 4/29/2022-over two years ago. Customer had routine service performed on the boiler every year until 2023. The first issue came up when we performed a service call for No Hot Water on 4/14/2023. We replaced a zone valve that was not under warranty and invoiced for the service call which totaled $337.69 which included labor and material. Mr. ******** called and complained about the cost of the zone valve and complained about the cost of the labor since we were just there performing a cleaning on the boiler. He threatened to use another company. We offered as a gesture a 10% off. Mr. ******** was instantly unhappy and stated we are cheap and the 10% is nothing. He was swearing at our office staff and yelling on the phone. My staff told him that we can communicate when he calms down. He called us back and stated that "this is where reviews come in and I'm never calling LeBlanc's again? then hung up. On 5/4/2023, we noted this account as "do not service" since the customer was inappropriately treating our staff. On 12/19/23, Mrs. ******** called about service. Again since the account was marked "do not service". We didn't not proceed to schedule our services. A year and half has passed, and we are having this complaint posted. When a customer inappropriately treats our staff by yelling and swearing, we chose not to service them.

    I purchased my furnace from this company. 2017. When the service tech came last year. I asked if I could see where the filter is located. Usually I stand in my kitchen since my room is so small. He opened it up and pulled out a filter that was twisted into the figure 8. The tech said whoa this is way too small. He put a new filter in still not the right size but said this should be ok. Two months ago I went to the office to tell them my issue. The techs words to me I don’t like Carrier. You buy the right size filter and I’ll put it in. Looking at past slips I believe they have never installed the correct filter. They made me feel like I created the problem. The size needed is marked on a piece of paper that they initial after inspection. Age discrimination, laziness?.. you tell me. ***** *****

    AMAZING!! Want give 10 stars. Prompt, clean, professional, honest, helpful, etc. Zac and Victor awesome!! Hard workers, knowledgable, got job done quick and efficiently. Nothing but praises for this company. Won’t be going anywhere else ever. Did electrical and plumbing for me. Happy to be able to use one awesome trustworthy company for both needs. Best company I have ever dealt with. Thank you all so much. Michelle awesome too. Really took care of me and got me in a.s.a.p. due to my needs.

    Again, awesome job by LeBlanc plumbers. On time, no waiting with LeBlanc. Got job done sooner than expected too. Live LeBlanc. Best ever for everything. Couldn’t be happier with how accomodating they are and professional, quick, and awesome job always. Clean up after themselves too so no messes. Love that. Cameron and Ethan were amazing and worked well together to get job done and have everything working as needed. And Michelle is so awesome at getting people here sooner than planned. Always trying her best to do for her clients. They deserve the best service award. Never had anyone who cared like LeBlanc. Always there for you ALWAYS!! Thank you everyone from LeBlanc Heating, plumbing, electrical. One stop shopping. Doesn’t get better than that. Blessings. ***** **
