I checked into our hotel room on Friday 8.16.24. Upon entering the room, my wife proceeded to turn on the floor lamp which immediately came off of the base and fell on her. I then went to put my bag on the table and the table legs on the table were broken. Creating an unsafe environment as well. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk. The woman working, her name is CC, was nice and said she would switch our room. She put us in another room. Upon entering the second room, we saw the couch in the living room was missing. We noticed the door to the bedroom was closed, which was odd. My wife opened the bedroom door and almost tripped over the metal transition piece on the floor that was sticking up. The bathroom was not cleaned either. I went back downstairs to inform **. She apologized and said that room was under construction. It does not make sense why they would put us in that room. CC then gave me keys to a third room. I went to unlock the door to the third room and it would not open. I tried for a few minutes then for the third time went downstairs to talk to CC. She followed me up there with her master key to unlock it and reprogram the lock. She opened it and the inner door latch was latched. The room was occupied by another hotel guest. CC then put us in a fourth room. Also. I booked with this hotel specifically for the hot tub advertised online. When we went to use the hot tub it was cemented over. No hot tub. It was a nightmare.

I booked a reservation for December 21st thru December 26th 2023,,,,,,,I cancelled this with confirmation thru ********.com. The property charged me for the complete stay when I didn't show up. Their policy was since I canceled after the 48 hr window ( I canceled on Dec 19th around 5:00 pm) that there would be a cancellation fee of $100.05, It also stated that If I was a no show that there would be and charge of first night again $100.05. I canceled on 19th and never showed at property. they told ********.com that I was there, but this is false I was never their and never checked in to this property. They violated their own policy and charged me $527.79 to my credit card
