    On July 26 2022 I checked into Country Inn & Suites located in Bedford NH. The room was not cleaned well, the toilet was not secured to the floor, the shower wall had multiple cracks and damage. Upon return from a store, the hotel had no running water due to plumbing issues. The pool area was filthy and had dead bugs everywhere. I asked for the manager and was told they were not on location until the morning. I called the Radisson Customer Care hotline and was given an email to send proof to, the email was invalid. The next day, July 27 2022 at 8am I again asked for the manager, as this time we had bugs crawling out of the bathtub drain. I was told they had left at 7am after working overnight. On August 1 2022 I recieved an email from the alleged Manager apologizing for the conditions. I requested a discussion about reasonable compensation, no reply. I sent another email on August 15 2022, I have still not heard back. I'm still looking for compensation considering the above listed conditions.
