    My brand new Rheem hot water heater was installed 1.5 years ago. It suddenly stopped working, meaning no hot water and I called Total Climate as they were the ones who installed it. They had someone come out early that morning, a positive, however, the guy forgot to shut the circuit breaker off before resetting the Hot Water Heater. My husband watched the water heater pop-spark-burn. The guy proceeds to open up the water heater where the components are and said, "oh that is the problem, the wire which is known to be a Rheem Mechanical Error". My husband saw it in the guy's eyes that he knew he fried my hot water heater. I have asked for proof that it was on Rheem's faulty machine and still have not heard a response. Question is, what came first, the chicken or the egg. Show me the proof or refund me my money. I should have not had to pay for the guy's mistake - $2200 for install, hot water heater was under warranty.

    Quoted one price for cleaning Gas hot air home furnace-today 10/18/24, tech arrived but unable to clean the wheel and believed this was meaning to disassemble the blower motor, stating that the tune up done by company S. encompassed half of what he was to do today. Company H had resolved the possible repair of the **************** He abruptly changed the visit to a service call, charged me $128. and performed no services, having previously cancelled an appt. which I waited all day and today trying to find some one to do the work he could not. Price for cleaning $99. Company S. wrote needed cleaning which today the tech read.

    Having contacted ********** who arranged the service a full refund was given and so although no contact from Total Climate Control happened I am satisfied with the outcome and the case can be closed.

    I purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump through **** ***** of North Conway NH to be installed by Total Climate Control of Penacook NH. The product and installation was fine and was completed on 10/31/23. I have a receipt from **** ***** but was never provided an invoice describing the model numbers … I would like that for my tax records because they qualify for a $2000 tax credit. **** ***** says they are unable to find or recover this information. I spoke with Total Climate Control 3 times….at first they said they don’t provide that information and call **** *****. **** ***** called Total Climate…and **** ***** told me I would have that information by the end of the day in mid Nov. I got no response. Called Total Climate myself and they said they would be sending it out shortly. One week later, end of Nov, I called again…this time spoke with the salesman who came to my house. He assured me he would send it out “right away”. Now it’s Dec 6 and still no invoice describing model numbers. Any help would be appreciated.

    This is just an unfortunate situation caused by a missed e-mail.  This was in fact sent twice on Nov 1st and 2nd.  Mr. ***** will have this information before end of business today 7 Dec 2023.  Please let us know if there is any additional information that is required.
