    Purchased protein powder from Unico Nutrition on 4-15-25 in the amount of $93.98. I've not received my order. I've emailed with no reply from the company. I've message through messenger and received no reply. My credit card was changed in full for the order which was never sent. My order shows as "processing" when I log into my account on the ********************** site.

    I placed an order on 2/26, have emailed, called, texted *** FB messaged the company as my order still says "processing". I can not get a response from these people! I have ordered in the past without issues but this time around has been horrible! At this point, 1.5 MONTHS later, I just want a refund and will find a new product that suits my needs!

    I placed an order on 3/2 and by 3/9 I hadnt received the protein powder I ordered. I checked the website and the order said it was still processing. I reached out to the support email, which Ive used in the past, and it bounced back because the email address couldnt be found. I tried to text the phone number on their website and never received a response there either. I also DMd them on Instagram and got a message that they wouldnt receive the message since they dont follow me. Ive been a loyal customer for years and have been completely unable to make contact with the company. Ive tried googling to see if they went under or something but the website is still up and I cant find any useful information. Its extremely poor customer service.

    I made a purchase through this business on March 10th. Since then, I've had no order confirmation email and the order has stayed in 'processing' since, and in trying to contact them, through email, text, or phone number, none of which are valid. With no way to contact them, but they've taken money from my account. I feel their website is up and willing to take orders and customers money but have no intentions to fulfill said orders. I am trying to get a refund for my money.

    I placed an order and have not received a confirmation or shipping confirmation. I even paid for priority shipping. I have not received my product and would like a refund.

    I ordered over $80 of product. Did not get confirmation email. All contact information does not work. Phone is out of order and email bounced back and instagram is turned off for messages. But they took my money. I don't have my order info. That comes with the confirmation email that never came. But I can provide info from my credit card company.

    I have purchased from this company before and never had an issue. I placed an order in May for items, which I was charged for. However, I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. I waited a few days, then sent an email. I did not get a response. I tried again, as well as calling the phone number listed on the website. I am not getting any response from the business regarding my order or a refund.

    I ordered a product from this business which was unfortunately stolen from my mailbox. I've attempted to reach out to them several times by email and phone, as well as their social media, with no response. It's been almost two weeks with radio silence from their customer support team. I would only like a replacement if possible, but not even being able to speak with someone has been frustrating. I can't even file a claim with **** because I need information from their team to fill it out. Looking for a solution is all.

    I placed an order for multiple items through Unico Nutrition on February 21st, for a total of $147.00. When I check the order status online, it simply says "processing" next to my order. I have been given no shipping info or anything. Since then I have had to place another order with Unico, which I received very promptly. Still no word or update on my order from February, that was placed almost 3 weeks ago now. I began attempting to reach out to customer service early last week. Their automatic email response claims someone will get back to you within 24 hours, except on weekends. I've sent them about 4 emails and 2 text messages, and have heard nothing back. At this point I'd like my order refunded.

    I placed an order at 11pm PST. I had a 7am doctored appointed was advised against this product due to blood pressure concerns. I requested a refund and cancellation at approximately 750am and was told it’s already shipped. I still haven’t received tracking information.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I have attached a photo showing the product was accepted into USPS possession hours after I reached to cancel. I emailed to cancel at 7:05am. The product was accepted by the post office at 630pm. This could have easily been pulled from the shipment line in the 11 hours from the time I canceled until was sent to the post office.

Your order shipped prior to our being able to cancel it, regardless of what you are seeing within the shipment tracking details, and you will need to return it, in order to receive a refund.
