      As I read these reviews I am not surprised. I have been on the phone for well over an hour on hold waiting for ANYONE to answer the phone.and I get an answer from Devinda who is clearly in India and cannot find my account.That's just fine i cannot either even though i am looking at a Rymes invoice for fuel delivered to the house i am sitting in and the account number is clearly printed just above the hazmat and fuel recovery fees that i was not aware i have been paying.Is it just me or fuel companies are just as bad as insurance companies and lawyers nowadays? They all price gouge and provide bad service. Rymes your website is about as useful as a flat tire.I am pretty sure my 12 yr. old kid can design a better workflow especially when it comes to updating payment methods.Buyer beware:EXPENSIVE AND COMPLETELY POOR SERVICE=RYMES.

      We decided after being a long-time customer 15 years plus to switch to a new oil provider. In 2021 we were under contract at a reasonable gallon price. Towards the end of our contract, we had 100 plus gallons that could have been delivered. Instead, Rymes let our contract expire without notifying us. In prior years they would reach out. We were told they did not have enough employees. Customer service is poor. Trying to reach someone is impossible unless you have time waiting on hold.
      We sent an emailing informing Rymes that we have found a new oil provider. We have a credit on our account. It has been close to 4 weeks and still have not received the refund ($200.00).
      I sent an email, and they can't tell us if or when we will receive this money back. Two days in a row I called the office and was on hold for 15 min plus. I hung up. I requested a call back and was told the reps are not hanging around to call customers. Incredible customer service...NOT

      We are getting away from Rymes at lightning speed. I suggest to any potential new customer do your homework! Rymes wasn't too bad 20 years ago but man they are now! I should have known years ago when we had them hook up our propane stove and run a line to our grill , the guy they sent worked nearly 5 hours running line , just ridiculous, tried to charge me over 600 dollars. Then there's the random short deliveries, each with yet another hazard fee . Then there's the high pricing, long wait times on hold some times with no answer. But the best is the hidden 145 dollar fee to pick up your propane tank when you have had enough and quit. Good Bye Rymes and good riddance!
