    On Friday, June 3rd, 2022 I booked a 6 hour ride with 'Sky Coach and Limo' for my sister's bachelorette party. I had been calling around to get quotes. When I called this company, owner Cody answered. He gave me the price for a 6 hour ride and asked me to email him because his office was "in shambles." Okay. So I emailed him and then I got an email confirmation for the 6 hour ride for that coming Saturday, June 12th at the quoted price.
    After Saturday, I get an invoice for 7 hours. We were charged for 7 hours instead of 6. When I called to inquire about why that was, Cody answered and was extremely rude & unprofessional. They have a recorded line so we can go back and listen. He stated that whoever had booked me should have told me that they also charge for garage-to-garage time (travel time for the limo).When I told him that it was HIM who I had spoken to over the phone that day, who did not give me that information, he proceeded to tell me about his personal problems and excused his rude behavior and attitude due to the fact that he "just found out he and his wife can't have children."
    I said I was really sorry to hear that, but it made for a quite an uncomfortable interchange between a paying customer and a business. We concluded the phone call with him agreeing to refund me the $147.
    Days and weeks passed, I called to check in NUMEROUS times. I finally got ahold of Cody again on July 21st and he said, send me an email and I'll address it tonight. Attached is the email. Again, nothing. I called to follow up again the other day and Kendra (an employee) answered. When I told her what had been going on for two months, she replied that she was sorry and I said, yeah, he's been very unprofessional about handling this and that I just want to get it done.
    Today, 8/16/22, I call and Cody answers. I said, Hi Cody, this is *****. I'm wondering about the refund. He said, Oh yeah, "I heard you called me unprofessional" and proceeded to hang up on me.
