  From what I hear these cookies where AMAZING! Perhaps they should come with a warning to savor them as I sent them as a gift to a gentleman relative and he said he couldn't stop eating them they were so delicious. Perhaps I should send some to myself so I get to try them, too! I am going to add here that I actually am affiliated with a gluten/dairy and sugar free baked goods company that is mostly driven by internet sales. Oftentimes we (the company) get blamed for the mistakes/delays caused by shipping services, etc. We always make it right - but I think it's really important to settle down before writing a scathing review.

  Sent a gift basket with fruit and snacks to my brother after his surgery and he was absolutely thrilled! The fruit was fresh, sweet and high quality! Will definitely use this site again! The delivery was timely as well!

  A truly great experience. I wanted to give our purchasing team something to thank them for all the hard work they do. Chocolate was the answer. Gormetgiftbaskets.com has a great selection and it was very easy to order. The basket was a big hit!! Then there was follow up from the Grometgiftbaskets.com team. They just wanted to make sure everything worked out right. No hard sell, just a quick check in. I thought that was great! If you need a gift basket, do yourself a favor and go to Gourmetgiftbaskets.com!!

  We sent a basket to a co-worker for her mother's passing. It was delivered on time and the edible items tasted good as per our co-worker and her family. Thank you Gourmet Gift.

  I have ordered several gift baskets from this company. I have to say I am quite impressed. They are very customer service oriented, the delivery is always on time, and the gift baskets have brought so much joy to my family. I send a new home gift basket to my son and wife and they LOVED it! I also sent Easter baskets to my granddaughters. In a day where we are all scattered about the country, it is nice to know that I can depend on Gourmet Gift baskets to put smiles on my loved ones faces. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  My mom ordered from abroad a basket for my birthday and it didn't arrive it was a working address and she wrote to call a number
  No one tried to reach out and they just didn't care
  After i tried to call tham the fought with me saying it's our fault that we put wrong address
  Few days later we called again and we were able to get some money return
  She paid 175$!!!!!!!
  They told us we will get 90$ back we decided its better then nothing
  Overall very disappointed will never order and won't recommend

  My mom was turning 80 years young, and always enjoys surprises on her birthday. She is in Colorado, and I’m in Texas - so making surprises happen long distance can be somewhat of a challenge. Plus she’s super hard to buy for - which adds insult to injury. I ended up sending her the Around the World in 12 Days beer basket and she LOVED IT! I was able to designate when I wanted it to arrive, got updates along the way, and the final delivery timing was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about the purchase experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again, or refer this fine organization to my friends and family. 5 stars !

  Dreadful company who take no responsibility for missing gifts. Sent a xmas gift, company has refused to respond about a missing package. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure items are delivered. Almost $300 wasted and relatives distressed at not receiving their gift. Do not recommend this company who appear to post questionable reviews.

  Gourmet Gift Baskets' website was easy to use when selecting a gift that I needed to send. The email confirmation of order and the notification of gift basket being sent were helpful. They have a lot of variety to chose from, amount of items and price points. I really liked the quality of the items in the baskets.

  Ordered a basket to be delivered on a certain day. Basket did not arrive and when it did arrive days late, it was not correct. Contacted the company twice with no reply.
