    I ordered Tuesday for a gift to be delivered Friday for veterans day to a disabled veteran. Ups would not deliver due to it being a holiday and told me the shipper should’ve investigated before hand before accepting this delivery date. Their customer service agent offered me a refund for the shipping fee, or to cancel the order that once delivered to the disabled veteran would have to return. So if i wanted to cancel, the person would receive the gift and would have to return it. Does that make sense? How can I cancel and make the recipient return the gift? I understand this is a ups issue, but their hw shouldve been done regarding the delivery before offering it to be delivered. Completely displeased with the lack of customer satisfaction they promised. Never using them again
