    Mike D. explained the geothermal system along with the care and maintenance by the home owner (me) so I could understand what it takes to keep the geothermal heating/cooling system up and running. Incredibly knowledgeable but more importantly, he was able to transfer some his knowledge to me. Thanks Mike!

    Checked system for issue. Curtis was professional. Couldn't replicate problem but give me instructions to call when the issue repeats and they will help over phone or send someone over.
