    Mike W*** did an excellent job. He had to give me bad news — that I needed a new boiler. But he explained everything to me in layman terms, and outlined for me how a team of people will come and replace the dying boiler. He also suggested that I check the area for any water leak, and how to turn off the system if water becomes evident. Mike worked on our last major project last year, and he continues to be courteous and straight forward in explaining things. He is an excellent representative of your company.

    Third visit from Key HVAC. Asked for a thorough cleaning. Michael told daughter that next time the furnace would need a deep cleaning. I had thought a “thorough cleaning “ would be. Deep cleaning. Why so many visits and unresolved cleaning? I’m angry.

    Michael always does first rate work. He is exremely professional, explaining each step as he goes along, especially if there are things which concern him. He knows his stuff, check and rechecks, and goes over your options if any work is needed. He gives very good guidence about courses of action. We also talked to him about switching ou our thermostat system, and he discussed all the possible options, plus and minuses, costs, and variations in choices. He solved our problems, anticipated a couple of possible concerned, and went over the bill - which was an extremely reasonable cost. We are very pleased with his work and patience.

    The day before we were scheduled for maintenance on our A/C, we turned it on and found it wasn’t working -it ran but no cooling. When Jessie came for the appointment the next morning I explained the situation.
    Right away she figured out what the problem was. Unit was low on refrigerant. She didn’t have enough with her to do the job since it was supposed to be just routine maintenance.
    She rearranged her schedule for the rest of the day so she could fix my problem and drove two hours to get refrigerant. Came back and charged the unit. She worked over two hours in direct sun and 90 degrees.
    She was friendly and professional the whole time.
    A/C working fine now.
    I think that certainly qualifies as five star service.

    My service Tech Matthew K***** was professional, courteous, and was very informative on what he was doing to my AC unit. He was very determined to fix that unit. I believe he has found the problem and will be back to complete the job. so glad I went with a local business.

    I was very impressed with Michael D********** He was knowledgeable, professional and resolved an issue i've had with my AC for two years. He explained all the steps he was taking and made sure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I would absolutely recommend Key and especially Michael.
