    I had made a reservation on their website for Friday, March 29 of 2024 for one night having Saturday, March 30, 2024 as check out date.Reservation was confirmed with Reference number : 210-401-494-Lagerbom My credit card has been charged for $125.75 for the accommodation upon arrival, I noticed the parking lot was empty. On the front door was a note telling guests to call the number provided, which is the same phone number provided on the website. Numerous attempts to call and left a number of messages. I waited for an hour for any type of response or activity in the hotel. from the looks of it this business is no longer in service and not open for reservations. I have assumed that perhaps there was a mistake made in the confirmation email however, after realizing they had charged my credit card as well I am incredibly furious with this business. They have not , returned any phone messages or emails regarding this problem. I cant imagine how many other people they are taking advantage of credit cards for rooms that they never offer out. I travel two hours for my very exciting trip to have to turn around and go home because there were no locations in the area available at that time. I have yet to receive a refund for this booking

    The inn is open, and the room was ready for the client. It is currently being run on very low staff. The innkeeper made attempts to contact the client with no response. We have issued a refund as the client was expecting something they did not see.

    The fact that Air B&Bs exist all over the ************* and do not receive these types of complaints apparently points to a differenceof expectations

    I dont understand why this is being complicated. The prior message that I got in regards to their response included nothing. So I am dissatisfied with their response because they did not correspond with any further information. I want my money refunded to my credit card. That is that. I would like to speak with an agent directly as this is also a system in which, I am unable to see any sort of resolution taking place. I feel like this website is a scam as well. Thank you.

    We have responded as what we could. Thee room was clean and ready for the customer. Our innkeeper is not full time, and had to respond to an emergency as her husband had a stroke. We are sorry she was not there to greet you at the door, but we have refunded the money and apologized for missed expectations
