Refund and Exchange Policy
DEPOSITS: To guarantee a reservation, a deposit equal to one night lodging is required. Deposit must be received when the reservation is placed. All advance deposits and credit card guarantees are credited to the last night of the reservation. Balance is due in full upon arrival.

CANCELLATION: If canceling less than 24 hours prior to 3pm of your arrival date, your entire deposit will be non-refundable. If 24 or more hours advance notice is given prior to 3pm of your arrival date, a minimum USD15 dollar cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation policy for special event dates may vary.

EARLY DEPARTURE: Should you leave before your reservation expires, you will be charged for all remaining days.
