    **** ******* reached out to me regarding repairing a rotted sill and trim work as well as a door that needed to be replaced. We agreed on a date of repair, price and at the booking I had to pay for the supplies which were 2,500.00. Since that time he has cancelled last minute and not shown up, called and at this point won’t give me the materials I had paid for. It is money that I barely could afford to spend honestly with other big obligations I have as a parent, but I had to get this fixed. Now I am out of 2,500 dollars and an exposed crawl space and it’s December. I am sad I was so trusting, and I truly hope this will save somebody else from making the same mistake I did.

    I am disappointed as a once happy repeat customer of this business. In July I contracted Cory and his company PHX remodel to tear off a bad siding job and old trim board. Being this was not an extremely high dollar amount job, he asked me to pay in full. This was my 3rd time using his services and the past 2 had gone relatively smooth, I agreed and paid him in full via venmo as I did for prior work. Unfortunately, we are 6 months later without any work performed. I got the run around of being there this day, then that day, along with all the woe is me stories. I'm pretty laid back and tried to understand the struggles, now without any action on his words I'm fed up. I've requested a refund or work performed multiple times without any response. Again, I'm very disappointed, especially as a repeat customer and a small one to two day job.

    The agreement was on 6/17/2022 to install hardwood. The total cost was $3,175 - I gave a deposit of $2,151 with check# 1312. I was told once I paid him the job would be done in 3 weeks, we are now at almost 12 weeks. The communication was great at first when he was trying to earn my business, but the second I hired him and he cashed my check the communication went downhill very fast. Every week I was either ignored or he had a new excuse as to why the job was not getting done - he would tell me "next week" then I hear nothing again or a new excuse. It got to the point recently that I requested my money back because of how horribly this has been handled. All he has said recently is that he does not have my money, and I am the one that is breach of the contract since my down payment was just for materials that he claims he has already purchased. He has still not attempted to make this right, tell me he is sorry, or attempted to tell me a day that he will come do the job. Even today with how angry I am I still gave him one more chance to figure this out with me and still do the job before I take action, and now my text messages are not sending so I am clearly blocked, and also blocked on Facebook - I am used to being ignored by him, but being blocked and messages not sending just happened today. I have had enough of this nightmare, he has caused my wife and I so much stress. I have all the chat logs showing how terrible the communication is and all the excuses with no follow up on when the job is getting done. I need help getting this resolved and I am considering small claims court. He has done nothing but lie to me and mislead me, and now that communication has been completely cut off as of today by him I have to take action - I was trying to hold off as long as possible, and I did not want it to come to this. He has a lot of money from me and did not do the job and it appears to me that he has no interest in doing the job, but keeping my money.

    Entered into a contract with this company paid almost a $4,000 down payment months ago and to this day nothing has been done. Excuse after excuse after excuse I have seen other derogatory information about this company recently I wish I saw it previously. This man is a horrible businessman and something needs to be done to shut him down so he never screws over anybody again. I would love to get my money back and I am going to take this man to court it is very frustrating when you enter into a signed contract with someone and they don't fulfill it. This man needs his license taken away. All he is doing is hiding behind an LLC !!

    02/09/22 the contact for my 4 seasons room was written up & got a certified check from my bank on 2/15 for the deposit $13,117. Normally I would have never paid that much up front but with rising building material supplies I figured that the deposit was to buy my stock now incase prices went up again. The job was suppose to start on April 4th. So on March 10th I poured a cement pad for the hot tub that will be in the room. On March 22nd my son & I started to demo the existing deck, and also disposed of everything. On March 31st I was told that they were behind on their current job that they would start up April 11th which they did not come by until April 13th, that's when Cory informed me that the current decking frame was all rotted and it would not pass inspection. He left & sent me another quote that night just for the deck framing which was $3991 , the next day I wrote the check out and he came by and picked it up. They did not return until April 21st when the stock was dropped off and the rest of that day and the next they excavated my back yard. They did not show back up until April 27th & the knocked out the deck framing in 2 days. 2 weeks later on May 12th & 13th they came back and started the frame for the room but then only showed up 3 more days the rest of the month. The month of June only showed up 2 times June 6th they put up 6 sheets of plywood for the roof and then left, the other time was June 15th and they were there for an hour. On July 6th it was raining & where they were working on the roof it was leaking down my dining room light , which they showed up on the 7th to fix. I asked them to remove all the debris that they have piled up next to the house because I was poring a pad for a shed that I was behind on making because I didn't want to be in their way, I ended up doing it myself on my vacation. I am running out of space with so much more to add. It is August 10th and still no end in site and I have heard every excuse. Just want this job done

    We have responded as we could to Mr. *******  Mr. ****** is a repeat customer of ours which says a lot about the trust we have earned....he even wrote a nice review about the experience.  Cory wears many hats for the business and who works extremally hard physically and does his very best to keep things smooth........even with some of the would be difficult homeowners we have worked with, we just like every contractor are very busy juggling projects however we have had some health scares employee issues just like every business in todays market are having!  We're not trying to be malicious or deceitful in anyway but we have had a lot happen that's out of our control that we certainly are NOT going to speak to as this is a public forum.  Having said that we are going to finish this project it has went over budget and we are doing our best to get back to it to wrap it up we have a lot of labor and monies wrapped up into it and wed like to get it finished too.  Again were going to finish it and have some issues that we are addressing and are definitely not going to speak to here.

    This company made a bar top for me so not really a repeat customer as pertained to a job. The original contract said 2 weeks til completion which would have had the job done by the end of April but in my 30 year career dealing with contractors I knew it would be longer which I figured about 6-7 weeks which put me in line for a memorial day weekend family party which people were flying in for and was told it would be done by then and on 4 other occasions after that ,  over the last 5 month was told another 2 weeks until it was finished. They pulled the trailer on July 21st and has yet to return (now August 16th). They told me that they pulled it to go and pick up all my stock which Cory did wrote me a list of stock that was supposedly in the trailer but I have asked multiple times for them to drop the stock off so I can hire someone else or that I would do the job myself. The following Monday Cory sent me a text and said that he would not be on site Tuesday but that his guys would which they never did and never heard anything until that Thursday night and the response was that he was not there to babysit them , but I hired his company so it is his job to know if his guys are their or not then I was informed that his foreman got arrested and the next week he was trying to bail him out.  To me it seems like they are stalling because its a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul , my money funded another job and now he is trying to finish that job to get paid to buy my stock because I do not believe he actually got my stock. He has completed ghosted me since August 9th , and even blocked me and my family on facebook messenger. So I spent half the day at both his city's police department (which they were aware of his company and him in the past with other customers) , and my police department (gave them the contract and 5 month's of text's that I printed). I never wanted it to get this far but the lack of communication has been horrible to say the least and this job has completely ruined my family's summer and has really put a strain on me and the wife because I kept believing his lies and I have had enough I just want the job done or my money back or my stock that he says he has.
