      Ecco shoes disintegrate. I used to swear and promote the brand. What A shame, recipient wearing nib golf shoes and sole disintegrating before 1st hole. What???!!! It is unacceptable. Besides the money factor, Ecco could be more remedial and apologetic instead of posting abrasive responses here and everywhere and especially with ecco enthusiasts who have suffered not only financial loss because of this ridiculous (what the ****, now we have a hydrolysis, a diagnosis for shoes?!!!) and whatever reasons and excuses they want to come up with??? Frankly even the dollar store or whatever brand what have you do not have this happen. Terrible!!! Unacceptable! My closet is full of ecco shoes in boxes well kept in optimal environment. I go for a walk and have to call a cab or help with disintegration like black rice falling all over. I am appalled at their responses and attitude. **** would had been my go to and recommendation. Now I am ashamed of it. I hope every one of my dollars (that include my ecco shoe wardrobe and those who have been recipients of ecco shoes from me) plus every grain of their entire deterioration can haunt and choke and poison all involved. 1 year? Pfffft do you think people put shoes in boxes in their home closet and expect to find junk when they want to wear them? Seriously??? Are we supposed to put a calendar on shoes now??? Crooks!!!

      Hello.I purchased ECCO Men's Biom C4 BOA ****-TEX Waterproof Golf Shoe, White/Yellow, 10-10.5 from Amazon on June 4, 2024 for $270.00 and used them with satisfaction for 2 months, but after that, water started to enter the right shoe.I contacted Amazon about this issue and Amazon recommended that I handle it directly with ECCO.I filed a claim online.I sent my shoes to ECCO via *** and have not heard anything since.I have no information or way to know how my claim is progressing or when I will receive compensation for my shoes.

      I have communicated with **** 7 times about trying to use their online store, which I have successfully used in the past. I have been an **** customer for ten years, but probably no more. At checkout in the online store, I use an active credit card with lots of credit. However, I cannot for the life of me complete the transaction. The Ecco system seems stuck thinking I am entering my billing address incorrectly, and I am not (I have checked this out multiple times with my credit card). I even sent screenshots to Ecco and to no avail, no help. Customers cannot speak to a live customer service *** either. This is an unfortunate and horrible business model. I won't be purchasing from **** any longer.

      We ordered my husband a pair of sneakers. We always wears eccos and we ordered the size he always wears. However, they were too big. But the worst thing is that it was a different style than ordered that they sent with some crazy dials on them to tighten or loosen and one was stuck, i.e. broken! Their customer service refused paying for the return. Won't buy ecco again!!!

      I made an ordered. Emailed them to cancel after five minutes because they didn't make it an option on the website (most companies, especially Amazon, make it very easy to do so. They didn't respond for three days and when they did, they said it wasn't possible to cancel. But guess what? It hadn't shipped yet and it STILL hasn't shipped, over 24 hours since he told me they couldn't. You can't even ship an item after four days yet still won't let people cancel.

      have been buying Ecco *************** golf shoes for the last 25 years and always have multiple pairs. Recently a pair I purchased in June of 2020 are now leaking. This is the first time this has ever happened. I contacted Ecco warranty and they said *************** warranty is only good for one year but their website states: ****-TEX guaranteed to be waterproof for the lifespan of the product . THEY NOW REFUSE TO HONOR THIS even though the website explicitly states lifespan *************** warranty. This is DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. Foot-**** ******* Skechers etc high end shoes have two year warranty and cost less. I am very disappointed that **** refuses to honor their printed warranty. They have lost a 25 year golf shoe customer and the warranty customer service at Ecco could care less.

      My experience with ****'s customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Not only is there a lack of a clear return policy, but the absence of options for return has resulted in a $60 return fee for me. Attempting to resolve the issue via email has been futile, with only generic responses that offer no resolution. It's been six weeks, and I'm still without my refund. For a brand that prides itself on quality and reputation, the level of responsibility and accountability is shockingly low.

      Ecco shoes are the worst! First my husbands shoes soles broke split across the instep. Now my boots which I have only worn half a dozen times have done the same thing. Both boots split across the instep. I took them to a shoe repair and was told they couldnt be repaired because of how the sole wraps around the boot. I paid a lot DO NOT BUY FROM ECCO WE ARE TWO FOR TWO AND BOTH ARE TRASH!

      A month ago I bought Ecco sandals online because they were 50 percent off on a spring sale that has just started , the add said ALL sandals on sale , I looked for sandals for my husband but those sandals were full price even if it specified ALL sandals " spring sale" I decided to buy a pair for my husband even if they were full price. A month later I got only the pair that was full price and not the ones that were half price. This is a bait and switch that worked for them I guess, you lure people in with the sale but the sale is NOT 50% off in the first place but 40% ( still a good deal) but when you go buy another pair it's full price . I was not issued an email saying they were out of stock nor a raincheck. The whole thing is deceiving to say the least.
      Not reachable by email ( they say they have too many emails at the moment so mine didn't go thru) nor via chat don't have a customer service number available either. Buyer beware

      I purchased a shoe from ECCO USA around 9 weeks ago. They charged my credit card and after a few days, I received a UPS tracking number. It indicates that a label was created, and a delivery date be provided ASAP. After waiting more than 2 months, I never received the item. I contacted the ECOO USA customer service. They are not helpful at all. It seems that customers not receiving their packages is pretty normal for their company. And more interestingly they told me that according to their policy, they cannot send the item for me because more than 30 days have passed!!! Do NOT purchase any item from ECOO USA.
