    Good afternoon,
    This email is in regard to ****** ******'s complaint about being seen 15 minutes late for her appointment. She has been Abusive, a terrorist, harassing, and threatening. She's written several emails and has informed me she will be sending more. ****** also lives about 4 houses down from the business.
     She was raising her voice leaving clients and employees extremely uncomfortable. The police requested I file a restraining order on her due to these circumstances.
     Below I've attached what we have been dealing with.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:

    she is a total liar.. Attached is her initial response to my original complaint. 

    If she's so shocked at my disappointment...because I left visibly happy.....how can she blatantly contradict herself in her statement to you stating I was loud, dissatisfied etc.

    Stating my dissatisfaction with her in writing means Im terroristic? She is delusional and I'm now concerned that I should contact the police.
